The problem I have with MTN is that i cannot make outgoing calls though i have all network minutes on my account, made several calls to them they keep on saying they have escalated the matter but no feedback.
Why did vodacom gave this company business,their service is very poor and arrogant.They are ripping off people with their hard earned money.I have been calling them and writing to them regarding my premium but not assisting,creating more problems.Last month they debited my R398.00 instead of R200.00.I called and they said they will give me feedback.This month they debited R200.00 without resolving my query.I have since requested my account statement of which they are unable to do so.
Applied for 20G day and 20G night data deal on Tuesday at Savanna MTN store,not happy with what the store gave me and returned to the store to cancell the deal but they took me from pillar to post,this guy called Thabang is not cooperative and he is very rude,they did not give me even a reference number for the cancellation, Assist me with steps to take in order to get this deal cancelled
I am on sapphire option In August 2016 i was involved in a car accident and was taken to a public hospital around my area. Upon my arrival there my fractured leg was checked and was told that i have a minor fracture and my leg was covered with a back slab. The pain did go away so visited my GP who referred me to radiographers at Pholoso Netcare in Polokwane. It was discovered that i have a serious fracture that need to be operated. My GP arranged with one of the orthopedic surgeon to assist. I paid cash for the operation as i was frustrated and having a severe pain and seeing that the public hospital have let me down I am bringing this matter to your attention as i want to know if i should have claim the fees back from my medical aid or any advise.
During the month of July i was phoned by Vodacom consultant advising me that she wants to change my plan as i am paying a lot of money when phoning or using data to a plan that i will be paying less for the calls and data.My plan was smart S+ and she migrated me to top R350.00 and i realized that the top up plan is airtime only and was not happy at all. I phoned Vodacom expressing my dissatisfaction with the new plan and they migrated me to my initial smarts + plan,now they are charging me R 800.00 migration fee for that transaction and i want to indicate that i am not at fault.I request that the R 800.00 be s****ped out from my invoice as this was not my fault. The consultant who migrated me to top up didn't tell me that i will only get airtime and will no longer get my 500 MB and 200 sms. Assist please
<p>On the 15th March 2017 at around 09h30 i phoned your institution inquiring about admission for a post graduate degree.</p> <p>2.I was directed to the office of the school of management sciences dean,i was assisted by a lady who did not want to disclose her name.</p> <p>3.Let me indicate that the person was not helpful at all because when i started asking questions regarding admission requirements she just dropped the phone and the attitude she displayed was not acceptable at all.</p> <p>4.I really don't understand as a public institution employee one must just hang up on prospective students in that way.</p> <p>5.I therefore request that this be investigated and the lady be taken to task because we really don't know how many people have been victims of such behavior.<br />6.I am wiling to testify if needs be</p>
<p>I purchased an iphone se at Mall of the North in Polokwane,the problem is that the insurance premium differ from the one advertised on the Vodacom website.I am paying R239.00 and the advertised one is R139.00.Can vodacom kindly charge me the correct premium.i phoned the call centre regarding this but they are not assisting at at all.</p>
<p>We saw a bed that was on sale at Ga-Kgapane branch,we paid the bed cash and just after paying and taking delivery we were told that the bed is not on stock.That was on the second week of January 2017.We phoned yesterday and stil we are told that the bed is not in stock.</p> <p>Assist</p>
<p>I tend to think that this company must just close its doors,they do not know what they are doing.My phone was booked in for repairs three weeks back and even today it has not been repaired.</p> <p>I called several times and was taken from pillar to post and they are busy deducting the insurance premium whereas they are doing nothing.</p> <p>I called yesterday(08.12.2016) around 15h30 and was told that they will calculate my access and must call after two hours.I didnt call yesterday so i called in today(09.12.2016) and i am told i must call again after two hours as they still calculating the access.</p>
