Assurance that staff will be trained on treating customers with fairness, dignity, and equality. I am a loyal customer, but what happened today has affected me deeply. I phoned Moonstone today to request if my email can be updated in order for me to receive my results. The Receptionist (Muldred ) put me on hold till i decided to hang up she continued putting my call on hold.
23/09/2019 Unhappy Client who signed a contract without information Dear Manager I write this letter very frustrated about how your Agents do business. I came to inquire about your plans and your terms and conditions on the 14 August 2019. I was assisted by your agent (Zibusiso). I told him very well I don’t want to join the gym and don’t want to sign any contract. He told me not to worry there’s a free programme running this month you join the gym for free only in September you pay. He said I should come for a trial for 5 days which I came for 2 days and after I didn’t hear from him. So on the 16/09/2019 I phoned your Agent (Zibusiso ) telling him I don’t think I will make it to gym so he must not debit from my account as he mentioned what I signed is not a contract but a pre-approval form to tell I’m coming in for a trial. To my surprise now He later mentions No you were supposed to tell me after 5 days Trial that you not joining. Is it not the job of an Agent (Zibusiso) to follow up from a potential clients to inquire if they joining or not after 5 days? I feel cheated and manipulated. So I phone in to schedule an appointment to see the manager because I want to cancel and I was told I cannot cancel they need a cancellation fee. I can’t pay a once off cancellation fee of something I never agreed on. Why SHOULD AGENTS CHEAT PEOPLE AND BIND US WITH CONTRACTS? I feel that you’re just scamming people and I’m not happy about this at all. <p>I've been at Midrand station waiting for Intercape bus since 14h00 and the bus was suppose to leave at 14h45 but i'm still here at 16:14. Bad customer service not even a call to apologise and tell us what could be the delay. I don't want to see this bus in my life.</p>
