I am a customer for over the 25 years of Vodacom with no record of missed payments. The last 2 months I had horrible experiences with Vodacom. My cell and tablet are a linked deal and was up for upgrade in August. I got a call from an agent (a very smooth talker) to help me with the upgrades. He was so convincing that he could give me the best deals with discounts on my data. He even told me that his supervisor said because I am so loyal customer that they could through in a free second phone. I haven't even have a chance to asked questions because as I said a very smooth talker. My understanding was that he is helping me to pay less or maybe the same. He was babbling on and on about other stuff as well that I was so frustrated by that time that I agree that he can send me quotes for this upgrades. The promise was that he send the quotes immediately. After 3 days, NO QUOTES, I received a sms to notify me Ram Couriers is on there way to deliver a package!!!! I has signed for the package, still believing that this man would not bull**** me. I only received the tablet and until this date its still in the Ram Courier bag. NO CELLPHONES!!! My gut starts telling me that something is fishy. Still no quotes. I send an email to customer care just to receive a no-reply email back, that I must talk to Tobi. Tobi is useless because there is no option in the menu that could help me to cancel the upgrades. Tobi also told me that I can't talk to a human because I am NOT the main member on the cellphone number I gave him. Then I phone 082 135 and after 29 minutes of waiting an agent talked to me. I explained to her what my issue was and that she must cancel the upgrades and keep my original plans. I told her that I will send back the tablet. Ok according to her the upgrades were cancelled. I was happy again just to get a bomb dropped on me. I received the cellphones and my statement. Cellphones are still sealed until today. According to the statement the upgrades were NOT cancelled. My data is 4 times more than what I had and yes now I has to pay 4 times more for this data. Big was the surprise also that I had to pay for the second phone as well (is that what a person calls FREE???) My account was NOT the same or less but R400+ more. On the 1st of October as I checked my bank account I saw that Vodacom's debit order for the 30th September was not on my account. Here we go again and after waiting again for my call to be answered, I find out my debit order was CANCELLED!!! What the hell??? Also I was told they can't reinstate my debit order before I didn't pay the outstanding balance in cash and it can't be done by EFT, I had to go to a Vodashop. In the car I hopped and driving 15km's to go and pay. A not so helpful agent who couldn't answer my questions, eventually told me that I had to pay more than what was on my statement. He couldn't tell me why, only that the computer said so. He THINK that is a fine because I paid 2 days late. Ok I paid the amount but the news that made my day was that I had to go back after 3 hours to apply for a new debit order. I turned in my steps and driving home again. After 3 hours I phoned 082 135 to ask an agent to help. Ok thanks goofy goof she could help but I just have to wait because the system is slow. And I waited and waited and waited just to be cut off!!! So the short of the long, after very very poor services, Tobi, unprofessional agents, I STILL DON'T HAVE A DEBIT ORDER IN PLACE AND THE BEST OFF IT ALL I HAD TO PAY FOR DATA I NEVER USED BECAUSE OF WI-FI AND MY NEW ACCOUNT AMOUNT IS UP WITH R500+. Is this how you treat loyal customers???????????
I had excellent service from dotsure.co.za and Phumisa Mooi. On 12 September 2025 I submit a claim after a visit to the vet. Although they had a policy to pay out in 2-3 working days, I received an email 2 hours after submitting that the claim was accepted and payment was on the way. Phumisa did an excellent job by handling the claim so fast and also send me a detailed breakdown of the claim payment. I am now a few years with dotsure.co.za and never did they decline a claim. I never have to query once about a claim. Excellent, professional service always from the agents.
DebtBusters helped me a lot to get my financial position in line and I had some money left for other things after they dealt with my credit providers. If you have any issues or queries, they give excellent replies, very professional and friendly. You have no hassles to deal with a credit provider for information, they do it with a smile on behalf of you. I was not one day sorry I hace a contract with them. Thank you

Today we want to compliment Wimpy Fast Food in York Street, George Western Cape. It is clean in the shop. Good Covid_19 sanitize protocol in place. From the Manager to the staff you will always get a smile and you feel like a VIP when they met us at the door. Because most of the staff knew us by now and when we came in by the door it feels like we are VIP. We want to applause the Manager with his staff for excellent work done and your kindness. A special mention to Akhona who is normally our waiter. He really gives the extra mile for his clients. He is never in a bad mood and if we feel bit down he will make the world quickly a better place. He always tries to speak with us Afrikaans which is not a necessary because we don't expect it from him, but that shows that he is willing to keep his clients happy. Dotsure is a company that is very near and dear to my heart. This company has not until now let me down. Always friendliness, efficiency, and faster than "Fast & Furious" with payouts of claims. They keep you up to date what is happening with your claim by sms, email and a call when claim is finish. Our little pug is diagnosed with Dermatitis Acopy and we and the vet were very discourage. Then a new injection was found and Dotsure didn't hesitate to pay. Micheala Conje the agent that helped me a few times is brilliant. She is very friendly and very helpful. She notify me with a phone call and assure me that my funds will be in my account within 2-3 working days but it was so far always sooner, Thanks to the other agents as well. You all are stars in our furry child's life BISKIT SEND ALL HIS LOVE AND THANKS FOR EVERY GET BETTER SOON CARDS. VOTE FOR DOTSURE!!!!!!
I can't find anything for Charity VIP, so I have no clue which company debit my account. I try to get contact details and hope that the company answer me a.s.a.p. here. The email address that I have, am I not sure if it is even exist.

Telkom made a promise to do rewiring on our landline and according to them it will take 7 working days, but it is already 3 weeks since the fault is report. That is very poor service
