They cancel your policy after you made a payment and after you try and phone them they do not answer their phones aswell as when they do eventually phone you back you have to speak to so many people and still not get the problem sorted
Worst company ever!!!!! After I especially ordered a dual sim phone. Now that I want to install my second sim card im now only I'm getting told no the phone doesn't support dual sim
Worst service ever. After taking out a 24month contract. I am being billed 2500 for a 849 package, when I phoned them to rectify the problem they told me its a sales problem so I spoke to the sales department who then told me no I need to contact the accounting department who transferred me to them to sort out the problem. This has been a fight I've been having every beginning of the month for the previous 3months
I bought a all in one liquid cooler trough them and now its fualty. I cant seem to get hold of them via email or telephone.
I have a faulty all in one liquid cooler with 5 years warranty. I contacted corsair regarding this and they told me with in 24hours I will have been contacted . its been a week and still no one have contacted me
My coverage and line speed is so unstable that i can barely use my mtn data sim for the purpose i bought it. When i mail or phone Mtn i get no responsor feedback of any sorts
