I recently purchased a voucher from FOMO for the Waterfront Charters Champagne Cruise (Pre Sunset) for two people. Before buying the voucher, I called Waterfront Charters to confirm the booking details, as the FOMO website only listed a 60-minute voucher, while Waterfront Charters offered a 90-minute sunset cruise. I spoke with a staff member named Brent, who assured me that the 60-minute voucher would indeed allow us to book the 90-minute sunset cruise slot. I called again to double-check, and another representative confirmed Brent's information. After purchasing the voucher, I successfully made a booking, and we received an email confirmation of our cruise reservation. On the day of the cruise, while we were en route to the Waterfront, I received a call from Shanice Pearce at 17:02, informing us that we had made the "wrong" booking and would not be allowed to board. We were supposed to check in by 17:45, and we were already on our way, having made arrangements and expenses to enjoy this experience. Despite explaining that both Brent and another representative confirmed our booking, Shanice acknowledged it was an internal miscommunication but still refused to accommodate us. Upon arriving at the office, Shanice’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. She was dismissive, refused to consider the information we’d received from her colleagues, and made racially insensitive remarks that made the situation even more upsetting. This was highly disappointing and far from the welcoming experience we had anticipated
I have a funeral policy with Old Mutual and I have to be honest they were not here during the time of need. On the 8th of May 2020, one of my beneficiaries passed away and till this day Old Mutual has not paid out. I had to make a loan in order to cover the expenses for the burial. Yet during the June month they had the nerve to deduct money from my account without paying out....I would not reccomend this company to anyone all they know is just taking money from poor people to make their pockets more fatter...their 48hours waiting period is just a hoax
I go the BADDEST SERVICE ever from McDonald Parow Mall, I ordered via Uber eats my order was cancelled twice, but then for the third attempt it went through the uber driver was nice and perfect his not to be blamed for anything The order was wrong, got the wrong burger which was cheaper to what I ordered and I got a coke zero with ice, but I ordered watermelon Mcfizz I'm so disappointed with the service I paid more money and I got incorrect order and the burger was dry with only tomato sauce no cheese. They lost a customer because even when I'm at Parrow Mall I always go to the Mcdonalds.
I have been waiting for more then 5days for the TFG people to contact me regarding my order that has been cancelled by them on the 23rd of November. Even though my money was taken from the account they promised that someone will contact me in two days in the email they sent me on the 26th but im still waiting for the call and my money has not been returned to me..TFG is the worst company ever they never helpful their staff is unprofessional and rude and they make promises they never keep..I dont even know where to go or who to speak to regarding my money.????
I am very angry and dissapointed in the service I got from total sport online store which is under the TFG group. I ordered a takkie online on the 22nd of November 2018 on the total sport website and everythng was successful even my money was taken from the bank, when I checked later on it said that my order is processing. I checked again in the morning and it said my order is cancelled I called the TFG online support and they were not helpful at all, I was told there is nothing they can do I even spoke to the manager who was very rude and unprofessional and she told me I will be refunded in 3-14 working days so I asked her isnt there anythng they can do for me and she said no if im not happy I can email their head office...she did not care at all and I asked her if they cannot reinstate my order and she said no , so I told her I needed the money asap so that I can purchase something else and she told me that I needed to wait ..I called again hoping to get someone who will be helpful and I spoke to a very nice guy called Cameron who explained to me the process, but I will never again use Tfg or recommend it to someone the people there are rude and unhelpful its like they are forced to work there and they dont treat customers with respect this is my second time where I am very disappointed with the Tfg group
<p>On the 25th of November (black friday) i shopped online for a laptop and when i was checking out to make payment ..i was told the product is out of stock. called into the call centre and i was told the same deal will be available on sunday which was the 27th and i just have to wake up at 00:01 so that i can get it before its out of stock again did that and when i purchased it was told its out of stock again later that day called the call centre and the advisor was not that helpful he just told me there will be other deals like that..i was so dissapointed and im never shopping at makro ever again and they dont know how to treat customers</p>
