I had a claim for one of my diamonds that fell out of my ring. I was asked for a photo and the valuation as well as a quote. I sent the documentation in and with in 2 hours of sending the quote in I received an email and a phone call confirming my claim had been approved and the money would be paid into my account within 36 hours, which I received in my account in less time. The call centre agent I spoke to ( Tshego Mojela) was very pleasant and extremely efficient, Thank You for great service!
We really enjoyed the food at the Farmer's Fork and the staff (SLEI) were very friendly. The restaurant was clean and had indoors and outdoor seating. My only concern that was they ran out of sugar free cold drink and had to go and buy some more. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable lunch.
This place is wonderful. From the moment you are greeted by the friendly receptionist to the time you leave, the service is excellent!!! The cottages are situated very high up and the views of the mountains are beautiful, as well as the sunrise and sunsets which are indescribable. We stayed in a cottage that was very private and absolutely spotless. We had dinner, bed and breakfast and the food was also of a very high standard and everything tasted like it had been picked from the earth that day. What a wonderful, friendly, peaceful and relaxing place to be, it was our best find by far. We have been there twice now and will definitely be going back again as often as possible.
I have just had a cataract removal and a lens insertion done in both eyes (one week apart) and on both occasions the care, efficiency and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. From the receptionist who greeted me with a smile and ease that made those pre-op jitters recede to the ward staff who explained exactly what the procedures were and constantly checked that I was comfortable, to the theater staff who also made sure I was as comfortable as possible.. Even on departure every effort was made to ensure that there was someone there to fetch me and that I knew what do to when I got home. What a professional and well run establishment, I would not hesitate to recommend it.
I received great service from Outsurance. I could hear water running which I though was the geyser, so I phoned Outsurance and they sent someone out immediately. As it turned out it wasn't the geyser, but the plumber contacted Outsurance and asked for a leak detection company to come out. A little while later the leak detection company was there, identified where the leak was (uner my kitchen cupboards) and sent the report to Outsurance. The next morning the cupboards people were there first thing to remove the cupboards and the plumber started work immediately. The plumbing work was completed the same day and the cupboards were replaced on the Monday. What super service from the claims officers at Outsurance and the companies that they used were very professional, Thank you.
I would like to give a star to SA Walling. It is a very professional company with excellent client service. From the sales consultant to the staff who fixed my wall, they were courteous and always kept me informed on the progress of the quote right through to the fixing of my wall. If all companies delivered service like this in South Africa it would be a pleasure to get things done, instead of the continuous fight for service customers have. Thank you
I have been trying to cancel my husband's contract with MTN but to no avail. I sent an email on 19 September, but have not received an answer to date. I have phoned ********** , but every time I get told I ma going through to cancellations, I get music and hang up after holding on for 15 minutes (my limit for holding on). PLEASE can someone assist me with getting this contract cancelled? Regards Tammy L
