I was having issues with my wifi speed and did not have time to sit on a whatsapp chat with a robot. I emailed VOX and they got a technician to call me. Devlin was very helpful and sorted the issue out. Thank you Devlin, VOX should be proud to have you!
I am not one to name and shame, but... I bought a vacuum from Takealot, and on the 29th of April 2022, I sent it for repairs as it wasn't working correctly. I waited for 31 days until they finally returned my vacuum, frustratingly without the vacuum pipe! I then waited 66 days for them to finally realise they could not find my pipe and to refund me my money after taking the vacuum back. To further irritate me, they had the incorrect return sent to me on the 26th of July 2022, which I immediately flagged with them, this return has yet to be collected from me despite my constant nagging for them to do so. So if you are the rightful owner of a Star Sun Blender as in the photo and can provide the correct return number which I have, you can come to get your Blender as Takealot may only get it from me and to you, in another 90 days... Who knows! I have never experienced such shocking service, they are all for generic "sorry for the inconvenience".
I am very disappointed with Takealot. My friend bought a Lola Lee Gel from them for my birthday, upon opening the bottle it was empty, we contacted them and requested a refund or a replacement, but they would not. We then contacted Lola Lee who at a cost to themselves replaced the bottle. Shame on you Takealot! I have received better service from you in the past!

<p>I bought a contract for my cellphone from Nashua Mobile, when nashua Mobile shut down my contract was transferred to Altech Autopage, when Altech Autopage closed down it was then transferred to Glocell. </p> <p>My phone was stolen from me on the 01st August 2016, I went to the Police Station to report it and I couldn't as I did not have my IMEI number. I then called Glocell numerous times for them to give it to me. </p> <p>They told me they did not receive it from Altech Autopage. They said I must call Samsung, Nashua Mobile and Altech Autopage to find it.. </p> <p>Of course Samsung will not know which Cell phone was given with which number, and the other two Suppliers are closed down. I have been waiting for almost 5 months now, having spent loads of money on a "cheap phone" in the interim and on airtime to get this sorted out. I am still paying my contract every month even though no one can help me. </p> <p>I took insurance out on the phone and cannot claim without the IMEI number. The service I have received is shocking. Having my call dropped, waiting for literally hours and receiving no help.</p> <p>This is not the only problem. When I took the phone out it was on my husbands name. I eventually asked them to change that, all they changed was the banking details into my banking details, so they will not even deal with me. He has given them verbal and email permission to help me personally as he has a business to run, but they still drag their feet. This is disgusting, I just want to put in a claim and to do that I need the IMEI number.</p>
<p>I have been debited 3 times since cancelling my subscription, I have had to fight for a refund and whenever they respond to me it is to "accept my cancellation". Which is not why I am emailing them as the cancellation was done ages ago, I am emailing them to ask for my refund!!! It is an uphill battle with minimal to no response from them. I am sick of this! I just want to get my money back and get rid of them!!</p>
