Initially, I arrived with considerable distress regarding my old vehicle, which had burdened me with excessive repair costs. During my time at the dealership, I had the pleasure of interacting with Lebohang Ramoba and Mosa Tsosane, as well as the management team, all of whom displayed exceptional professionalism and support. Upon discussing my concerns, they promptly addressed my issues with great efficiency, ensuring that I had a new vehicle by the following Tuesday, despite my visit occurring close to the end of the business day on Saturday. Now that I am the owner of a new car, I feel a significant relief from the stress and challenges associated with maintaining my previous vehicle. The company **** about my turbo cracking and they requested me to purchase a new turbo. I was quoted R 57,000 for fixing a minor issue on the turbo. The workers, particularly in front, were hostile and bully. Please dnt use Ribeiro Motors located in Alberton.
I have had terrible experiences with home and car loans since the beginning. The service has been nothing but subpar, particularly with VAF representatives who seem completely clueless about their job responsibilities. Every single time I need assistance, I have to fight tooth and nail to get it. The customer service standard is an absolute disgrace, as they seem to have no regard for their customers whatsoever. On top of that, the home loan department captured incorrect information about me, and when the repo rates increased in 2023, I started receiving threatening calls from them. This is unacceptable, and I demand that they take immediate action to rectify these issues. In my opinion, I would not recommend taking out a loan from Standard Bank due to their poor customer service. Eventually, you'll regret it immensely.
<p>I am currently studying at Wits. I applied for NSAFAS, it was approved before the commence of the university. We were given an opportunity at the Department to apply busary also it was approved. Due to the bind laws of the university , the Deparment busary was not possible for me to recieve. So the adiminstrator from Department manage to convince the management to process the money to my personal , ofcourse the first stipend was debited to my account. However, the problem is that I can't be able to attain the money on time because unpaid fee. I was astonished because I signed NSFAS loan agreement, i can't do anything I need the money for personal use. The adminstration process has been prolonging since i am in the desperate situation.</p>
