I am highly dissappointed with Standardbank Insurance. The thermostat in my geyser packed up because of the heave storms during Dec. I got a electrician ti replace it and register the claim with them. All the documentation was also sent to them. After aboit four weeks they eventually sent someone to inpect it. That was two weeks a ogo. I sent numerous email to variuos people and all I get back is a case nr that I must use for further queries. I am tired of submitting queries..I want action.
We had a problem with our solar system. GoSolr fixed it within three hours. Their staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot you GoSolr!!!
I bought a Xiomi vacuum cleaner from Vodacom in Brooklyn Pretoria during Aug 2023. During December it started to give me some problems. Brooklyn could not help me, they referred me to Menlyn. Menlyn could not or would not help me. I went back to Brooklyn and spoke to the manager Alex. He was helpful in the beginning but soon gave the cleaner back to me and told me to contact the agents. The number he supp**** did not work and then that's where his helped stopped. I got a number from someone else in Vodacom by the name of Simon. I contacted Simon and he promised to help. After more than 48 hours it still remains a promise with no action. My point is this: If I buy a car from a dealer and there arises a problem, the dealer don't send me to the importer or manufacturer - he fix it himself. Why is the service of Vodacom and Xiomi so utterly poor? Vodacom is great for phones and laptops but never ever buy a vacuum cleaner from them. Vodacom you need a shake up!!!!
Zambesi Auto ARC had my Nissan X-Trail for more than 3 months. The original quote to fix it was just more than R50 000. I experienced severe service problems with them because they do not return calls. The fee just went op and up and is now close to R100 000. After we eventually collect the car Nissan has found major problems with the job that has been done and they also made the discovery that all the parts that Zambesi claimed was not replaced. I have photos of this in my procession. I reported this ton my insurance, PSG and they are attending to it. But never again,,, never never will Zambesi see me again and anybody that wants to do business with them must thing again!
I want to report Tappools they are running a scam. I ordered a Makita drill as they advertise it as if it was from Takealot for only R60.00. When I gave my card details the next day they took R48.00 and today another R242.00. Please be aware. Now they claim that I have subscribed to their newsletter, which is untrue. This is the second time they conned me!
<p>We have a LG washing machine that is still under warrenty and there is a problem with its gearbox. It is now with Hirsch in Centurion for more than 8 weeks. After numerous calls to a certain Jamie and also to the manager, who we never had the privelage to speak to, nothing is happening just promise after promise. "no Sir I will phone you in 5 minutes" "Sir I will call you tomorrow" "Sir I will call you on Monday" Well nothing has happened and now I am demanding action.</p>
