I am disappointed and actually disgusted as a pregnant women all we need is comfort and help with our maternity benefits this company is in a hurry for payment but nothing has been done for me paid them in full now no reply don't trust this Cindy lady she will take your last money then ignore you. Today i have experienced the true meaning of No Customer Service at Reno Spur bellville from the manager Mzi that was on duty @10:30am we sat down and ordered our regular for the past 4 years at the same spur my partner and I can not consume bacon and it was always substituted with something else no problem ,that i use to call customer service today Mzi the manager could not honour customer service my partner and I left the restaurant unhappy and he just didn't care am so disappointed i will never sit foot in that spur again and i will tell all my friends and family not to,my 4 years of amazing service by the old management group i will always remember but under this new management am sorry i wish you luck you will surely need it thank you for absolutely nothing this memory will stay with me as i will continue to spread this disgusting service i received by your new management Mzi.

<p>How very disapointed one can be, myself and a friend went in to pick n pay today so after 2pm as we do every single day because we that loyal we purchase our groceries every month and daily lunch to find that a manager name Michael could have no respect in communicating with he's shoppers i called him over to explain to me why a price sign would be on the box of water priced R18, 99 each to me as a customer the box is R18, 99 not 1 bottle i then ask him to explain Becauce its then false advertising he was very hostile then send me to the competitor Checker's and that is not it the cashier Tumaka was speaking xhosa and said to her colleague that my friend and i are stupid how unprofessional can that be no customer service at all wow i really don't know why am surprice really i think i actually expected more from the manager not him arguing with me infront of other customer's he has no RESPECT and no MANNERGERAIL S****S & the cashier wow not surprise either then the manager Johan comes over never even bothered to make eye contact with us or ask what was going on he just void the sale if i do not get feed back i will make it my way to go much higher and solve this unprofessionalism and utterly dissapointing service , the worst of the worst wow . </p>
<p>Am so angry, this is not the 1st time that our order was wrong i don't know why its so hard to listen and understand what the client ask for. Then the staff have the odecety to argue back as if my fiancé don't know what we asked for the, 1st time our order was so wrong but then we where at home already , this eveing @ closing time the order was again wrong , there's a reason to why i buy in tygervalley rather then this branch am furious this meal was suppose to be our supper thank you for spoiling it really bad service wow!!! </p>
<p>I am beyond upset with your agent Micheal Umah @your jhb airport, he has been promising high and low to get back to me regarding my package its been nearly over a month going in for 2 months that i have not received my package paid all the neccecerally fees yet nothing he doesn't reply to my message and doesn't understand what keeping posted mean at all i am very upset always been getting good service from you and know this horrible memory i still have not received my package and would want a call back as soon as possible as this bad service and beyond i feel like telling the whole world to not make use of DHL agents i really don't know what the story is just hope my package is safe and that i will have it before Christmas . </p>
