A significant security lapse has occurred with my bank, FNB, Over a series of transactions, approximately R140,000 was drained from my FNB account, and not a single one-time password (OTP) was sent to verify these transactions. Even more concerning, FNB failed to halt these transactions to unfami**** international merchants. It's an absolute shocker! What's even more baffling is that my card is still with me, and these transactions appear to be international payments made outside South Africa. There's no way this should happen! But that's not the worst part. I've been battling with their ***** department since October 5th, and it was only a 1 week or so back that they offered a meager R30,000 as compensation over a telephone. The terrible service I've received from FNB's ***** department has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I firmly believe that FNB should take full responsibility and return the entire amount. This cannot become the customer's problem. In my view, this incident is nothing short of daylight ******* by FNB. let's ensure that our hard-earned money remains safe in our FNB bank accounts. In South Africa, I have observed that there are challenges within the banking sector. As we transition into a new era, I find myself eagerly awaiting the transformation of the current fiat-based banking system. My strong belief in the concept of karma assures me that the actions of both the financial institutions and their stakeholders will eventually have consequences. This message serves as a reminder to customers that the safety of their funds with FNB may warrant careful consideration.

Take months with claims and treat you like a criminal
Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Will be closing account. Banking that does not work. No customer service. Just pure frustration.. you better off with fnb or capitec.
this is for Sage One Cloud specifically Just do yourself a favor and stay away. Great idea bad maintenance. Constant problems
Be careful of any companies these guys back alot of ponzi scheme are supported by them.
Stay far away, Sage One Cloud Accounting is the worst product they have ever brought out. Great idea to have an accounting software online that you can access anywhere if it worked. you pay a monthly fee but always have issues. cannot log onto your company gives you errors that you need to contact support but can never get through to their support number and never get a reply to mails sent for support. Slow servers but they will tell you its a browser issue or a fault on your side. Functions that dont work such as exporting to CSV etc. Reading other reviews i feel sage owes most of these people a refund due to them charging a monthly fee for a broken product/service ... i hope my rant helps any future clients looking into sage one online to reconsider and saves them frustration and headaches
<p>Had to refund a client card, FNB double debited the account so we have paid twice.<br />Sent 2 mails with no response, you cannot call to speak to anyone they can only assist via mail and they do not respond to the mail. This is basically theft and we have spent hours trying to sort this out..</p> <p> </p> <p>Called once again today and was told to sent a mail to another department. This Bank should be burnt to the ground. F*%K you FNB </p>
