I have been with Sai fleet since 2021- I've had a bad month with my salary which I communicated with them instead of running away like most people do, they are not understanding when people have financial constraints or even show any compassion, I have paid over 90k since ive been with and they treat you like a ******** for being late with a couple of days on a payment and demand to return the vehicle, I've even referred colleagues to this company, I would not suggest or even recommend any of my people to them, make sure you considered this before jumping into their contracts. They told don't pay their suppliers when you have to take your car for a service, I once waited over 3 hours after taking the car for a service because the supplier said that they were bad with paying them.
I have been waiting for Miway insurance to pay my third party claims since March ,I've sent everything they've required and I still have not received my payment. This is the worst service ever and I'm not even a client .I would not recommend anyone use this companies services C1807831 - Request for POB

I spoke to someone last week after submitting a complain on hello Peter a consultant called me back and said that a manager was handling the escalation it's been almost 2 weeks again and no feedback, I just want my vehicle fixed .The legal claims person Lee-Ann moodley doesn't even respond to emails, terrible work ethic
I put in a third party claim with Miway after their client drove into my vehicle, I've submitted quotes and everything that they have requested for it's been over a month and the assessor has not gotten back to me, I'm only a third party and this is the service om getting, imagine being insured with them, how much longer do their clients have to wait .

cancelled this policy in February and you people are still debiting my acc cancel this immediately and I want my 3 payments that you have taken to be refunded immediately, I am sending this to hello.peter as this is unacceptable. Received amazing service from Beryldine Anders at Dotsure, she was very sympathetic in our decision as I told her that my dog was involved in a road accident, the cover was explained in simple language making it easy for an everyday person to understand, can tell that she is very dedicated to her job and sees her clients as more than just the next sale...I applauded her .
