I have paid a retrenchment benefit on my capitec access for more then 5 years. I was retrenched in September 2025 and capitec refuses to pay the retrenchment benefit even tough the paper work from the employer states retrenchment section 189 operational requirements but they phoned the employer and because we ended on bad terms the employer is being spitefull and says it was mutual seperation which is not true. There own paper work says different but capitec apparently ignores paperwork and goes on employers who wants to make it difficult for ex employees.. They arent even willing to go half way with a person. So not sure why i paid the insurance benefit if they go on peoples word and not legit paperwork that the employer submitted. There is no mutaul agreement signed only retrenchment. It is ***** for ab employer to claim retrenchment 189 if it is not the case and I don't understand how capitec just goes on the word of the employer over signed and stamped documents
I have been retrenched recently and informed 1st for women that i was retrenched. They said that I do not qualify for the retrenchement benefit as I already used it once thaf was 5 years ago so why were i paying for the benefit if i do not qualify and how can a person only claim once. I will rather cancel everything and take all my policies to outaurance after being with 1st for women over 12 years without claiming. Shame on you 1st for women
Received my incomplete order on the 4th of Aug I asked them for a refund... They asked for my banking details that I sent them the same day Its 2 weeks later and still no refund and now my emails are being ignored
really nice products and affordable. my baby loves his sofa chair... the fabric is soft and the pillow is nicely stuffed... delivery was very fast highly recommend
vodacom really loves taking their loyal customers for granted... i have a 200g sim only plan... i was retrenched and required to migrate to a lower package.... the sales person tells me i can migrate to a 5gb package but the penalty is r1600 and the monthly cost is r237 where new customers can get the same 5gb for r99...when my contracts ends i will never go back to Vodacom again
