What a bunch of clowns. Give a person a price for a new pice of exhausted and then later turn around and say o no it was just to fix it. I will never use you again and i will never refer anyone there. Stay away from the one in rietfontein road boksburg they are a bunch of sharks
O i would like to know how your technicians is trained to put in a fibre line. So in January they come to install a line and now for the past 3 days im sitting without internet due to them that never did the installation correct. So i get a phone call to say its gonna cost me R1800 but i refuse to pay it as they never put the line in a pvc pipe its just hanging next to the wall. So please explain to me how that thin cable is suppose to last if its not covered in a pipe, everyone i spoke to said to me that its supposed to be covered So i refuse to pay that amount and i need it fix today as im working from home and its day 3 that my work is standing AND TRAIN YOUR INSTALLERS CORRECT
How many more time do i need to send emails and try and phone your guys to cancel my rain. this is now going on for 2 months now that you take money off my account but i dont use the rain anymore. No one is phoning me back and im getting fedup with this now. I need it sorted by the end of the day before you take money again for something im not using

Now I find out the day i want to cancel it that you wont be paying me out so you want to tell me I'm loosing all that money that i was paying for years. What a buns of ******, spend 5300 for nothing, a few pills and a bit of cream, im really unhappy im a regular customer but what happened to me now is not right at all. I went to the mens clinic in fox street jhb to do enlargement and i had to pay 2500 and then 2800 again just to get a few pills and its not doing anything. You cant advertise something and when you get there its all a bunch of bull**** really im really unhappy. I will never regiment anyone to you after i lost all that money. false advertising that is what you do
What a bunch of useless people working there , phoning from 8am to try and speak to someone and no one is answering the phone . After sending email after email and no one is coming back to a person so you make arrangements on your account and they go and cancel your account . now they want me to pay to take the cancelation of my account, your guys are a ******* i wont pay it because after how many emails you decide to cancel my internet. paid the money and now you want me to pay a nother 1800 before you will put my internet back on your guys is a ******* and the services is up to ****. i want this sorted today not later now today i want answers
The worst experience ever. had a leak under my bad and the send out plumbers that broke down half of my bathroom. Now they here to replace the bath but there is no builder or tiler here to get the job fixed they just going to connect the bath and i must wait for the builders to come do the rest . Costing me to put leave in , now only to find out they cant tell me when the builder can come it can be a week from now can be 2 weeks from now. ABSA PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPANIES YOU USE TO DO THE JOB
What a useless bunch of people. You phone them and then they drop the phone in your ear. This is a week later and still no response from mfc. What tipe of people is working there.
Mfc how do you train your people to talk to people. Your people has no respect for the customers. The more you try and explain and to sort the problem the more they speak to you with no manners. If your staff speak to client lile that how do they speak to each other in the office.
