Standard bank is ****** and ***********
They are the most *********** *****ed bunch I ever came across. Apart from all the other unresolved issues, now there’s an issue again with my credit card. Even though I’m paying the monthly installments it’s not reflecting on my balance yet Money goes off from my other account. ******!

Standard bank vehicle department incompetence
Your vehicle finance department is the most *********** and *****ed ever. Firstly they gave me the wrong settlement letter and according to them it’s the “system”. So when I sold my car I had to pay Standard Bank much more than what it should have been. Then they still are so *****ed as to continue deducting installments from me! Plus I must pay the interest for it every time. I allready sold my car on 23 October 2023. Yet have not received any paid up letter from them.

***********!!!!!! I have no words for the utter unprofessionalism, incompetence and rudeness I received from their bottom people. Now again from one Ipeleng Letsholo. List goes on. Sort out your own chaos. I do not recommend Stadio.

Useless Vehicle Department
My car loan is with the Vehicle Department, who is absolutely useless. I sold my car allmost a week ago and still haven’t received any “paid up” letter even thought the full amount was paid off. They also gave me a settlement letter of a wrong amount, which I ended up paying as I want to get rid of them as they are clueless. I have been paying installments yet they haven’t deducted that. Pathetic and ***********. Send me my paid up letter.

Pathetic customer service
No one bothers to respond to emails and requests. I will never book through them again. You can’t choose your seat or food yourself you have to spend money calling them to do it on your behalf. Pathetic service.

They refuse to cancel my policy
I canceled my auto insurance policy with Santam. Effective 24 Aug2023. Yet they refuse to cancel it and just ignore my request. Instead sending me a renewal contract! Are you insane? You are useless. CANCEL MY INSURANCE POLICY!!!!!!!!

I’m waiting three weeks now for the confirmation details of my car policy that the bank requested!Instead you sent me a mail, case was resolved. Nothing was resolved! You haven’t given me the letter!*********** pathetic service (non service) If you don’t respond with my request I’m taking my insurance elsewhere.

I need to pay this months car installment as I was overseas and had to transfer money to this account but was late by a day or so. There’s no way to get hold of them. If you call the number you hold on forever. They sent me the most unprofessional and unprofessional looking sms with banking details that I won’t trust. Even if I want to add the details on my bank app Standard bank themselves says it’s a risk.!!!! What nonsense!!! Have your banking details public on your website for goodness sakes!! So I can pay the money for this month!!

Don’t use thrifty! Stole my deposit
1. The man working for Thrifty at Sandton was extremely arrogant and rude when receiving the car back. 2. It’s more than two weeks and I’m still waiting for my deposit refund after I sent emails which only got ignored. 3. I took the car back and it was spotless and had a full tank.
