Exeptional service I received from Tony as I was struggling with my Account. Zamo from the call center also came on board and assist me . He was very empathetic unlike all I have engaged with. Instead of making any oromise he kindly informed me and educated me about the process however because of my frustration he escalated the matter together with his team leader Karabo and my matter was sorted . After this service I will stick to Beltway my people and please do what you did to me to all other players . Zamo you rock and if you guys offer any incentives for any good service please consider this guy called Zamo.
