Worst service
I am so disappointed in your service . I was on the ATM trying to deposit some money so that I can play lotto amd your ATM swallowed my money . The branch consultant did not show any empathy on assisting . She just pointed to the tollfree number and said call . I am very disappointed as I was looking toward to playing lotto games . I am disappointed so much maybe Ithuba gave you mandate that I must not play lotto based on my previous experience wiry them . I am so so disappointed

I have received the worst service ever from you guys . Please delete that account and you can keep the credit that is inside because is how you operate . I will opt for other service providers . Worst service from ++++ & +++++
<div>So disappointed in betway. Received the worst service. Bought a betway voucher yesterday. Tried loading it but was unsuccessful. Contacted betway thro5 live chat. Spoke to 4 agent all telling me to wait for 20,to 30 minutes then my vouc5 will be loaded. I so regret coz I have accounts with other betting companies. Maybe I should quit betway and use a company that will value me rather. This is unacceptable. Now is weekend I don't know whether to buy a voucher and play my favorite games pr just use other companies.</div>

My matter with Ithuba is none of your business and therefore I am not going to entertain any nonsense from you . Please leave Ithuba and my name out of your agendas. If ypu have anything personal or you want to push your agendas against Ithuba do it without including me. You have harrassed me enough with your calls and emails and I thibk is about time I cime here as well and put a stop to this. As per your threats you can open a case against me . I did nothing wrong and what you are doing is just pushing an agenda agaibst Ithuba because is bidding period.

Good job Betway
Exeptional service I received from Tony as I was struggling with my Account. Zamo from the call center also came on board and assist me . He was very empathetic unlike all I have engaged with. Instead of making any oromise he kindly informed me and educated me about the process however because of my frustration he escalated the matter together with his team leader Karabo and my matter was sorted . After this service I will stick to Beltway my people and please do what you did to me to all other players . Zamo you rock and if you guys offer any incentives for any good service please consider this guy called Zamo.
