I bought a polo there which had a few snags, reported it and they took the car for about 3 days and then gave it back with the same issues and an airbag light. Getting help from sales is a headache
We paid for overnight shipping, 4 days later the package is still in transit and when calling the canal walk postnet to ask for update the lady Bilqees(excuse the spelling) was very RUDE to my wife and I.
I have logged a call a month ago for a technician to come and fix the washing machine. No one has EVER pitched nor bothers to call me and cancel the appointment. The most HORRID experience
<p>I would just like to say that most of your stuff is incompetent... firstly i had a credit card with R2000 limit there and then when i applied fir a home loan i increased the limit to R30000. i asked that the 30k be transfered to the budget facility but non of that was done, it was left on straight and i had to pay the interest on that. when i discovered i asked that it be rectified but yet again it wasnt one properly.<br /><br />Then i changed jobs and i contacted the premier suite once more and explained that i need the debit order date to be moved to the last day of the month as i was going to be paid on the last day. which they did. on the 15th of december i asked that from Jan it needs to be moved back to the 25th but they stopped the decemeber debit order and only loaded from Jan. which means now i owe december. i then contacted the bankers at the premier suite and i was directed to Ayanda Makhubu, i explained my situation and she started contradicting herself saying that i requested the move during the month so it shouldnt have affected that month then she goes to say that since it was done during the month it stopped the debit order for december. Out of all the fights and everything i've had with the premier stuff... i've never received such HORRIBLE service!!!! she didnt care and i even asked her to call me so i can explain over the phone and she just sent me instructions on how to contact the suite.<br /><br />This is honestly making me think of taking my business else where because these people dont value and respect me as a customer.</p>
