Trying to log into my app before a ride to switch on cover to realise my account has been disabled. This was a few days after I had access. No communication or anything. Now I have to once again risk going out uninsured.
When I first signed up, service was quick and effortless but now requesting additional services is becoming a massive time waste with no one actioning anything. I have sent applications for a de-re installations and it is not attended to at all. 1 request has been pending for over a month. I have been told that scheduling has been trying to call me but if one doesn't pick up, follow up with an email. Maybe call the office evcen. Not everyone is readily available to take a call, and I am one of those cases. Maybe our 10 vehicle fleet is not enough for a 5 star service.
Overall excellent experience. Email query was responded quickly and was just smooth sailing from there on. Big shout out to Dyllan. Handled my claim like a champ
First off, stay away if you value your money. Alternatively if you still decide to go with them, make sure to view the item before making any payment. Very bad experience with this business but honestly not surprised looking at the reviews now, and the responses. Will probably be labeled as disgruntled but when you are cheated out of money, I suppose it would make someone disgruntled. Adding onto the below comments, the price paid for the part was only slightly cheaper than the dealer, however it was a second hand part which was only discovered upon collection (so not disclosed upfront). Regardless of that fact, the part had to be returned due to being for an incorrect spec vehicle however when being refunded, we are only refunded 80% of the value and told 20% is a handling fee. A term of sale that is on a laminated paper that is posted up who knows where. The business grossly neglects and ignores the requirements of the CPA which, generally states a full refund. They somehow still try to argue against that protection as if their policies supersede the law. In communications, they further state all these conditions are stated beforehand however this is not the case and they can not provide any evidence to support that claim. If a business was used to describe unethical, I have no doubt this would be the business.
I have been getting harrassed by the company over money owed by someone who is clearly not me. I have told every single agent that has called that I am not that person and to remove my number which has not been done.
