If I could choose zero I would have. We bought our vehicle a Mazda CX30 two years ago our of the box. Unlucky for us my husband was in an accident on the 27th of April. On the 12th of May parts were ordered after we went through the whole assessment process. Apparently these parts will only arrive in SA on the 19th of JULY!!! How in today’s day and age can it take 10 weeks for parts to arrive here or does Japan not have airoplanes flying out of there? It will probably only arrive at the panelbeater two weeks later knowing our customs processes. Now please understand. This is a brand that has been in SA for yonks of years. And started somewhere in the 20’s - i know this cause they brag about it on their FB page. DO NOT buy Mazda! If you buy it, you will be stranded for weeks with the inconvenience of not having a car should you be unlicky enough to damage it and you still paying for a car that you cant drive! And Mazda would just shrug their shoulders and say it is what it is…wait your turn….. .

At first our experience with their service wasnt bad. We actually thought that we wont have any issues with them. Until installation. Firstly they arrived late after numerous promises to install a certain time. Then we found out the reason they were late was because they had the wrong colour. Then they couldnt finish installing as the size wasnt right. We had to wait 2 and a half weeks for them to get this last part made. Today they came to finish the job. Wow so badly done. The craftman ship is ****ndous. Its a custom fit door…. They did not measure right. There is a gaping hole! The thing doesnt even feel sturdy! They tried to fix it by adding some thing on the outside it looks horrible!! Now my car cant even park inside as it catches on the door. The owner/ sales person doesnt even want to talk to my husband anymore we told him come and look at this and see if you would be happy…. Shocking service and for R15k ?(we have only paid the R11k deposit so far, but Im sure they will come knocking for the rest by tomorrow Biggest waste of money ever. I would never ever recomend them to anyone. The guy we have been dealing with manages his busines via whatsapp and is not man enough to come face the music.
Woolies. Financial Services. I logged a query a week ago. Still not even a peep out of them. Really very poor customer service. All I want is an explanation and some help. I acted in good will when I settled my account but yet I am listed on the credit bureau as being in default. When I phone your call centre I get cut off. No one is responding to my emails.
I am writing this review in desperation as I know Woolies will definately get back to me. I have accepted a settlement offer on a loan acc that I was told by MBD was given by Woolies. I paid it. And since then have been struggling with them to get a paid up letter! Please help as I am really worried that I have been scammed! These people loaded a debit order for the settlement on my account and I would really want to be able to stop it in time to avoid them taking again!
I received a settlement offer on a Woolworths loan that I have been paying of for years which I accepted and duly paid via debit order I might add on insistance of the lady Mrs Naidoo I spoke to on the day. I was promised a paid up letter which I have still not received after many phone calls and emails. I am worried that I have been scammed!
I paid my account up at the end of May. Only to find out that Edgars charged managment fees on a zero account. I still havent paid this as quite frankly i think its ridiculous. I am receiving threatening sms and phone calls for R126acc. Saying my credit record is affected and my limit will be adjusted - its apparently in serious arrears. Phoning them hasnt helped. I was sent from pillar to post. Lodging a complaint i have still not heard back on. Rcs says its Edgars problem and Edgars says its Rcs. I even had the phone put down in my ear. No wonder Edgars is in the position they are. Charging fees on a zero acc- and no im not a club member- cheaters. No customer service. No help at all.
We have the installers of Vodacom Fibre at our home. Right this minute. We showed them where to drill through the wall so that they do not disturb any other wiring. What do they do? Drill straight trough our CCTV system’s wiring. Logging a complaint with Vodacom while they are here has proven difficult. Being cut off many times. After being promised a manager will phone me now an hour later nothing! Even on their FB page .... nothing. Now I know its early days but with these things if you dont complain immediately they wont do anything about it and will plead that you did not inform them. However getting to even lodge a complaint with them is proving impossible! Really bad service. After I have been with Vodacom for over 20 years this is what we get.
