What a disappointing experience!!! We booked our Christmas lunch at this venue some time ago, and paid more than R10 000 for 7 people. The establishment cancelled the lunch three days before Christmas due to " unforeseen circumstances" and promised a refund. Three days later and I'm still waiting, after my repeated request (phone calls and email). Very unprofessional and I'm now wondering how many people have fallen victim to this?
Been a week, trying to replace my windshield. Every time I follow up they can't find my claim. Going backwards and forwards PG glass and King Price day after day, no one seems to know what the other is doing. It's a damn frustration I've never had with any other company. I'm seriously considering moving- very very unprofessional!!!!!!
During March 2021, our company took out an insurance policy for a construction project before it commenced. It included a so called “contractors all risk” element. The first two premiums went off as agreed. On the 30th of April 2021, the unfortunate rainstorm that occurred in Pretoria caused some damages for which we subsequently submitted a small claim. Needless to say, the red tape and frustration of submitting contracts, a bill of quantities and other requirements, not to mention the reminder of the “terms and conditions I agreed to”, made me realize just how far the company will go to find an excuse “not to pay” out a claim. In my opinion, it’s just not worth the premium. It sad though. I question their true intent and integrity. On the up-side, Didi Mohlabi, the claims consultant, was fantastic in her efforts to assist. I’m no longer a fan…..

Visited this business dor new tyres. All I can say is that these guys went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make me happy. Highly recommend.
I’ve bought a alternator from the said business. After a week it became extremely noisy even though it still charged the battery. I removed the unit and took it back on 25 November 2017. A redund/exchange wasn’t done reason being it should first be tested in Jhb. I bought another unit which is totally fine because I couldn’t do without one, they promised me a refund in a couple of days but after 2 weeks and 2 phone calls, I only get promises. Suppose this is what happens if one deal with smaller companies without a proper refund/Guarantee policy!
