UNRELIABLE!!!
I had an awful experience with Reliable Store. Despite their name, they've proven to be anything but reliable. I requested a refund within their stated policy period, and it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Customer service has been unresponsive, and the delay is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Lost online order, no feedback!
Do not order online from cape union Mart. They lose orders and after a week of following up and no one getting back to me, I've finally landed with manager Wardah who is unpleasant and unprofessional and unable to assist. Terrible experience.

Charging insurance for a phone I don't have and refuse to fix the one I have!
<p>I bought a cellphone from edcon (CNA) and took out insurance, which I've been paying each month, but when my phone's speaker broke I handed the phone in at Menlyn CNA only to receive a call 3 weeks later saying I don't have insurance on that phone!! I do have, according to them insurance on another phone, which I have never owned...</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, 3 months later they are just keeping my phone and charging me insurance, basically they have stolen my phone and is stealing my money every month. They do not answer the phone and the staff at the branch says they can't reach the insurance company on the phone either. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is criminal!!! How do I get my phone back?!!!!!</p>
