I had purchased a voucher from Daddy Deal for a car air conditioning regas service at Weather King Durban as my car underwent some mechanical repairs where the air conditioning pipes from the compressor had to be removed. Took my car in to regas the air conditioning system. The car wasn't cooling like how it was originally. Took it back after 2 weeks as requested for a leak test as requested and I told the guys the car isn't cooling like how it originally was. They plugged their machine onto my car and checked for 'leaks'. They claimed to have put in 450g of gas originally and only 120g came off from the car. No leaks were detected at the time. The tech jacked up my car twice and went looking at the underneath with his glasses and light not sure what's he looking for as there's no air conditioning pipes running under the engine and my car has covers underneath. The manager recons I must pay him R590 for gasing the car again or buy another voucher for R300 from Daddy's Deals. I asked him to show me how is the 450g gas topped up into the car which he claims the machine did it but couldn't provide any proof. At no point did they mention any additional charges during the check of their leak test. There's absolutely NO transparency in their workmanship. Furthermore I found out that my 2011 BMW E90 takes 580g of gas. These guys are just *******. Daddys Deals vouchers at R300 and your own in house charge is R590. I wouldn't go back to these ******* and wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them either.
Cell C is abusing bank debit order authorizations. As per my statement, the account should have been debited on the 31/12/2022. My bank account had been debited on the 21/12/22 instead. I had called the accounts department and requested to speak to the manager. The agent advised that her manager Lerato will contact me. I had requested for her manager's full name and contact number. the agent advised she is unable to provide personal information. what a joke... they should rather go sleep at home.

Thanks to Dave for honoring a Black Friday special which had expired but still appeared on their website. Friendly admin staff. fast and efficient service. I had Llumar Smash and Grab Window Tint installed on my BMW E90. The Smash and Grab technician needs to pay more attention to detail thou as my vehicle's Back glass had some specs of dust and a different shade as compared to the side windows. I had notified Supershield Umhlanga and it was corrected hassle free. keep up the good customer service ;-)
Extremely Poor Customer Service. I have returned goods more than 2 weeks ago and still have not received my refund or any sort of feedback. I tried calling the customer service number which is never answered. I had logged numerous service tickets and still no reply whatsoever. They operate more like a bunch of thieves. I would get much better service from a ****a shop.
Extremely poor customer service from Superbalist.com. I had purchased a pair size 9½ Adidas Run falcon. It was a bit big and I did not like the fabric so I had suggested to make use of the 30 day return/exchange. I had logged an exchange on the same day that I received my delivery. I had requested for an item and size exchange and even supplied a pic of the item I want which was the Adidas Response Run at the same value. The next day I had received confirmation of a 'size' exchange only for the item I initially purchased and delivery on it's way. I had tried calling the 087 362 7300 customer care line which has a voice recording to contact Superbalist.com via email only. I escalated this and received a correspondence email in which that the agent had taken their own decision to offer me a refund and stated that the item I wanted is no longer available. I didn't want a refund. At no point was I ever contacted for my feedback. I had checked online and the item I want is still available. Extremely Poor Customer Service from Superbalist.com. #WIN
For many years I had a 6 month interest free account which was managed 100% till date. Since RCS had taken over the credit facility, I NO longer have a 6 month facility but dumped with a 24 or 36 month credit facility with an interest rate of 17.5%. People have been hit with the effects from the COVID 19 pandemic. People are losing their jobs and cant afford food on their tables and Edgars together with RCS wants to rip people off with longer payment terms etc. CLOSE off your Edgars/RCS accounts and buy from other retailers. Edgars should rather shut its doors than trying to stay afloat at the expense of poor South Africans!

Extremely Poor Service on warranty. I had purchased a Dreamknights Verte Comfort mattress for R7500. 7 months later the side had collapsed. Reported it to sales man Warren. Had it assessed by Haroun. Warranty Claim was successful. Received a phone call from Haroun to say bed is being transported from factory in Cape Town. Ever since numerous excuses of bed delivery. When I purchased the bed they could deliver the next day. Why wait for a delivery from the factory in Cape Town when they have stocks in their shop? When i call Haroun he is either busy or says will call back. A bunch of Bulls#@!s. 2 months later we are still sleeping uncomfortable bed which is falling apart. The Bed has a 2 year guarantee and 15 year warranty. Makes me wonder what the rest of the warranty years are going to be like if a new bed could not last 7 months??? Is this the kind of service you want?
I had received excellent customer service from Gareth Campbell of CMH Green Machine Durban. I had purchased Liqui Moly Oils online and my goods were delivered on the next working day. Keep up the excellent Customer Service.
