I was on holiday in Dubai and arrived back in SA on 29th Dec with plans to fly to meet my partner in PE as I live in Cape Town. I asked my doctor for a prescription for my chronic medication and asked my nephew to collect it from Dischem to give to my partner so that when I arrived in PE I would have my chronic medication as I had run out. They refused to give my nephew the medication because the script was an email script! Eventually after threatening to take this further they agreed to give one dose to my nephew and told me that i will need to get a new script when I returned, which I may add was a 3 month prescription. I find this disgusting this medication is vital and secondly every script costs me R150. I will be taking this further.
I have a loan account with this bank and they take the debit order when ever they feel like it! I have been to the bank and they tell me to contact the call center which rings forever and a day! How the hell do I get to sort this out when I cannot get through?
ON 1ST APRIL MY ACCOUNT WAS DEFRAUDED OF ALL MY MONEY. I REPORTED THE INCIDENT IMMEDIATELY I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT. I HAVE TRIED CALLING GOING ON MY APP TO CHAT TO A BANKER AND I AM CUT OFF. I WILL BE TAKING HIS FURTHER. DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM FNB.
Terrible the fish was so old and the sauce disgusting!! Even the so called roast vegetables were old. Don't go there!! Only the chops were good.
My nephew wanted to exchange a gift he was given in December but was told by the Manager at the Tygervalley store, that they cannot change it they have a 30 day exchange policy! How unbelievable when the merchandise was given as a gift! It is really bad service and bad attitude! It is the second week of February, the gift was bought in December and surely the Store Manager could have made an exception!! No wonder the store is dead and has no one in it! I certainly will never shop there!!!!
<p>I have a Smart loan account and on Tuesday 3 January 2017 I erroneously transferred R700 from my savings account to the Smart loan instead of my Smart Account. I immediately called the loan department and asked for a reversal which they said would be done. On Saturday 7 January 2017 I went to FNB Willowbridge to enquire about the reversal and it was still not reversed. The consultant called the loan department and I am still waiting!!! </p> <p>I cannot understand why there has to be 48 hours hold on this money??? This is ridiculous and not acceptable!!! FNB how can we help you? what a joke!</p>
