I reported a *****ulent transaction 28/5. Was only contacted by an ‘investigator’, Ms Pule, on 2/7. Emails wide and far apart. Got a SAPS case number, contact details, emailed her everything I received in chronological order, and still want more info, which is totally accessible from the investigating officer. A total lack of urgency and a ‘matter of fact’ attitude. Really not helpful at all.
Excelent cleaning services, very friendly personnel, pnctual. Carpets were spotless. Curtains took extra care while still hanging and were spotless afterwards. Will use them definitely again. 100 x better then the other carpet cleaning services in the Helderberg Basin.
After various emails and telephone calls, got notified that my in hospital claim was not valid on my nine month old puppy, because eye conditions are excluded during the first year. Please read the very very fine print.
Absolute theft and money extortion due to incompetence of Telkom after line cancellation. At total witts end what to do further, except to lay a charge at SAP.
Seriously bad service again from Telkom. Why anyone still bothers with this company is above me. Cancelled my landline and fibre contract 19/8, got confirmation emails and sms the same day. Yet I am still getting billed for the full service.
PPS Investments made an incorrect payment on 20/7/2018. Till today, the 31/7/2018 no correction yet, complete silence with only two emails. Promised regular updates, but last week complete silence and no feedback. I really think it is gross negligence of them to make such a basic mistake, and not resoloving the problem.
I have never received worse service than from OM Financial Services. More than 7 months for a simple retirement annuity to be paid out. Lots of excuses, nothing viable. Just absolute pathetic service.
Both Cape Town International and OR Tambo’s Slow Lounges are really the pits. There is no comparison with international or other business lounges, unfriendly service and really below par food. The coffee is about the only good thing.
I really had it with FNB after 42 years as a client. What is the use of a private banker if he is never available or never returns your calls, via voice messages and emails. Even the call centre really doesn’t help, just ringing and ringing.
I cannot complain about service at Kraaifontein Post Office, because there is none. Only two cashiers open with the rest strutting around doing nothing, with a neverending quee. The Postmaster absent in her presence, not trying to solve rhe problem, or open more tellers.
