Bad service from sixty60
I bought 5kg goldi mixed portions and other goods on the 28/02/2026.I review the mixed portions as not fresh.I have to buy a Doom to spray green flies that filled my kitchen after putting the mixed portions on the sink in order to take pictures.They blocked my sixty60 account asked for pictures and barcode which I sent 4 days ago .No response account remain blocked .here are the defence numbers 7668791 ,7654628 ,7671717 ,

Sabzenzele kabili promises are a farce
When sabzenzele scheme was supposed to be wind up sab gave us part of the money and retain the rest of the money .A new scheme sabzenzele kabili was supposed to be launched. Ww were promised free and vendor funded shares if we invest in the new scheme .I had more than R121 800 in the old scheme they bought me 3045 shares @R40 in the kabili refunded me less than R10 .I sold the 3045 shares now Lucy Mofokeng and Duncan Pask say I no longer have share .when I asked about the free and vendor funded shares shares breakdown they reffer me to a call centre no0861900903 where they dont pick up the calls.

Was the unrest my fault?
I order tablet for my children schooling.they were supposed to arrive on the 14th of July ,the pickup point was burned down during unrest in kin.takealot make no means to get the order to me as I have already paid .They cancelled the order and refunded my account. Now I have to pay R300 more and wait a whole month from the 14th of July to get my order.

Discovery is destroying my children future
Please discovery look at my authorisation based on the information you have ,my children are suffering because of the judgement mediclinic has against me.the school's where I apply look at my credit record and not accept the child.Ashley promised to resend the forms to the doctor but no feedback. You have evidence to authorise my hospital stay but you are still looking for information to the contrary and you are failing.

HORRIBLE BROKER
On the 4th of june I put my sabzenzele kabili shares for sale ,they acknowledged receiving the instruction were quiet for a week and start selling them on the next week .10 days is up and they have only sold part of the shares .I asked them to give the money for the shares they sold .they don't respond to e-mails nor phone calls .i sold the shares because of the emergency which is life threatening ,each day is very critical.

Unisa money worries
I applied for a refund of R1450 at Unisa in October 2019 up to now I haven't received it .I have tried contacting them but no reply other than automated messages acknowledging receipt of my e-mail.

No recourse in legal complaint
In January 2020 I filed a complaint to the Lpc about the legal firm in Pietermaritzburg. It is now april 2021 they haven't finalised the matter.Im very disappointed in them.

Promises go up in smoke
My late husband bought sabzenzele shares in 2010 ,the shares were to be exchanged for SAB shares in April 2020.in 2014 he passed away.In 2016 Sab was bought by ab-in-bev and so much was promised to sabzenzele shareholders for April 2020.came April 2020 none of the promises were kept and we were paid part of the money calculated by SAB and they retained 22.4%.I have been pleading with them to release the part they withheld to pay school fees and buy food they have refused.

SARS trampling on my children's right to education, safety and security
After hello Peter's intervention SARS got in touch with me but they are insisting on their processes with no time frames while trampling on my children s right to education, safety and security. They set with R200 000 for 4 years with no paperwork to account for the money and later deactivated the tax number. Now they holding on to it even when I have furnish them with the required documents. They took money for estate duties without the L&D and sat with it for 4 years without asking for the L&D.

SARS violating my daughter again.
In October last year after realizing that Austen Smith Attorneys have negligently paid SARS R200 000, I started the process of recovering the money I was sent from pillar to post.They asked for documentation I provided, they confirmed that there was a R200 000 refundable. After providing them with all the documentation in December they went quiet. I phone the call centre, they said their system doesn't show any money nor any communication. They recommended going to the branch and asking for a branch manager and show her the proof, I did but today as every parent is enjoying their children 1st day of school, I was crying with my 2 daughters because they couldn't go back to school as the school needs money. I moved my daughters to a private girls only school after the younger (12 year old) was ***ually ******ed at school at age 8 and the school failed to inform me. She lost her father at 7 ******ed at 8 she doesn't deserve what SARS is doing to them. My reference number is N22290/14,0919490144 Case number 340820113
