I recently invested in a solar system for my home, engaging with Solar Supply for financial assistance through their finance department (also known as Opperman Solar Supply), and arranged financing through a registered bank. Initially, the process was smooth, and the team provided excellent support. However, after the installation was finalized, I encountered some issues. Despite confirming a refund for an overpayment, the refund has not materialized despite multiple follow-ups. Instead, they introduced an unexpected finance fee of R15,000.00, which was not mentioned in any of the provided quotes or contracts. When they claimed the fee was agreed upon in a telephonic conversation, I requested the recording for verification, which they have not provided. Furthermore, there was a mention of a finance fee being 7% of the financed amount in later communications, which does not correlate with the R15,000.00 fee they are demanding. My attempts to clarify this discrepancy have been ignored. While I have no experience with their work as suppliers or installers, encountering such issues with their Finance Department—which is crucial to the process—raises concerns for me. To potential customers seeking solar solutions, I advise thorough research and consideration of all available options. Unfortunately, due to these unresolved financial discrepancies, I now find myself in the position of needing to engage an attorney to recover my funds.
A few years ago Margarete did magic on our home loan. I thought I would push my luck to buy another property. Heaven knows how she managed, but she worked the same magic when all the other originators told me that I have no chance. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, but I also got a really good deal (and not even from my own bank). One day she and I will sit on the stoep of the old age home and celebrate my entire property portfolio that she made possible. Thank you again!!!!!
I have been earning Membership Rewards on my Amex for hte past 7 years. All of a sudden they claim that the exact same spending is not eligbale. I have read all the documents and it is indeed eligable. My query has been running for a month and now I hear it is closed. No feedback, no reasons, nobody calling me back despite promises to do so. Why is my rewards being stolen from me all of a suddent?
Worst service ever. I have now been patient enough. It has been a month (and I paid for overnight delivery - don't waste your money on this) and they are not responding to messages, not answering the phone, and not answering emails. I wanted to purchase more laptops, but now I know to STAY AWAY. One month later and still no laptop.
What an amazing company to work with. Their systems are great and our account manager, Craig, really goes out of his way to help - always with a smile. They went over and above to try and accommodate all our requests. I can highly recommend them!
<p>I have requested a withdrawel on my funds nearly 10 days ago. My request has not been processed and I am not getting any responses, despite VARIOUS emails being sent. The once or twice that they bothered to respond I was told that they will check with finance department and revert back to me. They never did.......</p> <p> </p> <p>Pity, because their platform is great. Unfortunately trading is not just about the platform. BE WARNED - you do not want to trade through them. </p>

Almost immediately I got a call from Michael Lutz to assist me.
