Took out a contract in Jan 2024, with a trade-in of my old Samsung phone to reduce the cost of the contract, they have incorrectly billed me over the last 3 months, did however pass a credit for 2 and said would correct the rest to no avail. Absolutely no help from the MTN shop in Clearwater Mall, just say they attending to it. Only response from 'complaints@mtn.co.za' is when you copy ICASA, even they dont resond to mail. Had excellent service from them, do believe they went through a glitch, will still support in future.
Have a fraud case on my account, contact 135 to log, they never follow up, when you do, advised that its with Fraud and give you another number, phone that, there are only answering machines with new numbers that dont exist. E-mailed complaints complaints@mtn.com, get a reference number which advises a response in 24 business hours, does not happen Next step is ICASA! All this time, happy to take your money!
Bought a pair of their sunglasses, frame has cracked within a month, hardly used. Tried to contact on 3 different email addresses and Messenger, no response.
Trying to close my Discovery Card, have phoned numerous times, firstly waiting for ages, then select the option to call back between 6 and 9pm, no response. Then get phone calls asking if I want to move to Discovery Bank? Please ref no is 1091723. No email options to them either.
<p>Wrote to telkom service cancellation mail address (only way to cancel your service as advised 10210), a reply comes back that you need to complete a form and attach a copy of your ID, which I did, same standard reply comes back.</p> <p>This reply advises that the query will be dealt with in 21 working days, not good enought, I want to cancel my service immediately as I no longer require it.</p> <p>It now been 2 weeks with no reply</p> <p>Pathetic, how difficult can it be to action the mails being sent?</p> <p>Please Telkom, help here please!</p>
<p>Logged a call on 9 Jan 2017, and followed up on a daily basis, 4 1/2 days later still no resolution. Keep getting an answer its being attended to, well do somehting about it, </p>
