I was at the silver lakes branch, had great service from Ludolf Lourens, very informative en knowledgeable :)
I applied for a credit card at Nedbank online, all went well and was provisionally approved. Then 2 days later they asked for documents and I submitted them and then I waited. Then every single day I get sms asking for documents and every single day I send them the documents. Then after a 8 working days I phoned and asked why is this taking so long. They told me the card has been fully approved and someone will phone me to complete the application. It has been 2 weeks now and still no phone call. If I knew Nedbank would take so long I would have applied at another bank. Can someone please contact me from Nedbank to conclude the application so I can use the card and actually pay Nedbank Interest so they can make money?
I applied for Credit Card and the application process I have to say was brilliant 5 days and the card was delivered. But to activate it is impossible over the phone firstly. Then the call centers there are like 3 numbers you have to phone to try and activate. Then they tell you please go into the branch. So I went to a branch just to find out that after an hour of waiting there are issues with activating the cards for the past few weeks. This is bad. To tell a client there are system errors for the past few weeks I have to wait. How long? What does the client do now? ABSA already listed my on the Credit Bureaus as a new account but I cannot use the Credit. I am getting feeling that this is going to take very long to activate. I also see that I am not the only complaining about this, this has been going on for years as form the previous posts
I ordered a set of ANC Headphones and not only did they have the best price (almost R400 cheaper) they delivered it the next morning. Great service, will recommend!
I am done with Vodacom this time. Every single monthy you send through to the credit bureaus that I am 6 months behind even though you debit me every month the correct amount I contact and contact and Vodacom says my account is correct and up to date! Then why the F*ck are you messing up my credit record????! This is becoming extremely messed up as my points every single month go lower and lower and f*cking lower! Because of your mistakes every single month! I have to contact and beg Vodacom to fix it and yet again you guys mess up. I send mails to the "legal.colections" email and you guys just close the case no help, nothing. I am at this point whereby I am going to sue for wrongful harm done to a consumer thank God for the CPA! Contact me ASAP to sort this out, because this is very unfair towards a consumer!
All I can say is that what a great experience it was to purchase my vehicle form Auto Mecca!! All was done for me, zero admin required from my side and within a 2 days my car was purchased and on my new wheels I go. The car was in very good condition, good price and well looked after as all their cars are from what I saw. Service is great! Nicholas is was a great person to work with as well! I will recommend them for cars sales.
I am very tired of fighting with Vodacom in order to get my credit record up to date! My account was in arrears many months ago and I paid in full and all was sorted on my record, then again (for a second time now) Vodacom says I am now 6 months in arrears on my credit record. But when I phone Vodacom my balance is at ZERO (I owe Vodacom nothing). I sent a mail to Legal Department and they just closed the case immediately, so I am tired of this no one can give me answers. After this months payment; I have 2 months left on my contract, please cancel for me immediately! And I am not paying a cancellation fee as you have done major damage to my credit record by fluctuating the arrears amount every single month.
I was overdue on my Vodacom account, however I paid the account in full to clear my name with Vodacom and get my account up to date. But I had to contact Vodacom multiple times to fix my Credit Record in which they did, but every time it was wrong then my account shows it is up to date then a few days later I am in arrears. Now it is stating yet again I am in arrears, I am very confused and not receiving the correct and clear answers. 1. I am not in arrears 2. I paid my account so please just update my credit record accordingly 3. I cannot make any credit because of this wrong statement on my credit record

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I just want to ask MiWay something, regarding a debit order I gave permission for and I was told it will be debited, but nothing seems to happen. I missed my initial debit order but I requested MiWay to debit the FULL amount fro another account - I was told by 3 call centre agents this is fine the amount will be debited.</p> <p>O but was I wrong! What then happened is that I was told I missed the "Grace" period but I did not as I requested the amount to be debited on the 14th of March 3 days before the grace period ended. I phoned and was told I have to pay a PRO-RATA amount and send my car in for check-up.</p> <p>I do not think MiWay understands the practicality of this situation. I WANT MiWAY to debit the full amount then all is sorted that is it. I have been customer for more than 14 months and then this happens.</p> <p>Please DEBIT my full premium then everything is fine, easy as that... I was told by a Senior Consultant with name Nkosi all is sorted. I am requesting that MiWay debit the full premium TODAY then this Admin nightmare can be sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I hear nothing from MiWay today as to a solution I will terminate my policy and move to another Insurance Company - Perhaps Outsurance</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p>
