Absolutely pathetic service and the food is rotten.. I bought Lamb for the value of R1000 that was on sale on the website, when I picked it up, the meat was already packed, when I got home and opened the package, the meat was off and the color was now gone grey/greenish.. When I went back to the store for a refund, the guy comes up to me with his right hand on his gun which is completely visible to see and is also illegal to be shown in public.. He told me I should have kept it in the freezer and that's why it went off, but my friend told him that is not the case and when we asked for a refund this arrogant and rude and useless person said he needs to confirm before paying out, he took the slip and still hasn't paid me back.. The butchery is a JOKE, it's PATHETIC, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE..
Absolutely Pathetic Service, I was called in by a CCI sales agent offering me a data package that will be added to my main and only daily cell number. I asked her numerous times over the phone if this is an additional contract which she replied to as NO, but three days after i took out the data package with CCI, i received a new sim card, it was not RICA'd and so i went to an MTN store to assist, MTN support in store told me that this is an additional contract that CCI took out. Being very furious, i called CCI 3 days after receiving the sim card to cancel the contract because according to law, i have to call within 7 days to cancel my contract with no payments made. The CCI sale agent told me she will let management know and they will have to hear the phone conversation in order to see if i did know about it being an additional contract, to which i replied i am within 7 days of taking out this contract and i want it cancelled now. Then she says that Management will call me after 21 days to confirm cancellation, to which is ridiculous because it must be cancelled immediately. Please assist with this because i am one of many customers that has been taken advantage off. CCI Contact Number - **********
Absolutely Pathetic and Unprofessional from this customer. Bought makeup that was on sale, it gets delivered on time to me but the make up container is broken and the makeup is literally powder. I put a returns request on the website, and received the automatic email response. To this day nobody has contacted me and I want my money including the delivery fee back as i refuse to use something that is damaged!!!!!!!!!!
I received a Gift voucher to the value of R500 in December 2016, In 2017 i went into the store and asked them if the voucher is valid, i was told the voucher is valid for 3 years. In 2018 i went back to the store to redeem the voucher and was told that they need to consult the owner of the store, they took a picture of the voucher and gave it back to me, I asked them how do you intend to contact me if none of my contact details are on the voucher itself. The guy give me a page, the size of my thumb that he tore from a piece of paper lying on the counter and i fill it in and he then says he will contact me during the week. I kept contact him for the last three weeks and everyone at the store who answers the phone says they will contact me soon. This is very bad service considering my friends have bought on numerous occasions from this store. GAME4U MUSGRAVE - You guys are extremely cruel and unprofessional!!!!!!
<p>The staff at Vodacom Chatsworth Centre are pathetic. Their attitudes makes Vodacom service worthless. </p> <p>I went in to take out a new contract, the guy there saw me waiting but attended to a friend of his who arrived after me in line.</p> <p>The vodacom employee's language is utter pathetic, he used vulgar language while talking to his friend about sleeping with a woman on the weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 20 minutes, he sits down, takes out his phone from his pocket and then asks me if i need any help.</p> <p> </p> <p>He can see I was extremely annoyed and didn't bother to apologize, while asking him about taking out a contract, he stops me just to answer his phone and talk.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waitied exactly 9 minutes for him to finish his conversation, he then tells me "Vodacom cannot process any contracts today because the systems are down", yet i was still talking to him to get more info on porting my number to the network.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST SERVICE EVER!!</p> <p>VODACOM, I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER, I WILL GET MORE RESPECT FROM A CELL-C EMPLOYEE</p>
