Ordered a Android Box X96Q + i8 Keyboard via Takealot Takealot service was brilliant as usual i received my package the next day. 1) When I opened the Box the android box was in plastic and not in its original box 2) Plugged in the android Box with the power cable only to find the power cable was faulty i had to test it with a spare one 3) switched on the android box only to find someone else's Gmail account on it so it was a used device. 4) Checked the i8 keyboard and the battery was completely swollen I am absolutely shocked in this day and age that a company can actually do this to a new customer and especially via Takealot. I will be returning everything tomorrow to the takealot branch and asked Monthly Madness for 2 new devices again. I emailed and sent a Whatsapp to Monthly Madness this morning and they still haven't bothered to contact me. Lets see if they get the new order right... I would defiantly think twice before you buy a product from this company unless they can prove me wrong!
Thank goodness I have the true caller app that blocks the 10 times that Platinum life tries to phone me every day for there free gift nonsense I am however now had enough and tired of all these attempts. If you don't remove me off your data base I will take this further..
I have hosted my website and emails with Axxess for over 2 years and have now had enough!! My emails have been down since Friday and I have phoned numerous times with no resolution I have held on the phone for over 1 hour and no answer this morning. I am running a business and this is costing me!! I have sent emails and sent messages with no response!! This is shocking service that no business should need to endure. I will now be taking my business to the best hosting company is SA - Xneelo, I just phoned them now and there hosting department answered in under 1 minute. I am extremely upset and frustrated and warn everyone to stay away from a company like this that doesn't respond!!
I was with Afrihost for 2 years and had my email hosted with them. Last , most of my business is conducted over social media and 90% of my quotes go to Gmail accounts. I sent through over 1500 emails to clients the last 3 months and it 80% of those gmail clients said that they never received my email.. I contacted Afrihost over 11 different times and I must say was absolute torture , you cant even speak to someone at the help desk and they now only phone you back once you leave a message and the call back only comes 5-7 hours later, when they phoned me back they made a whole lot of excuses and couldn't resolve the issue..Because of this mishap Afrihost has cost my small business +- over R60,000 . At the end of May I had enough and moved to AXXESS , all I can say is wow what a difference, within 1 minute I was speaking to the hosting team and they same day my emails and website was moved accross to them. And guess what gmail customers are now receiving my email!! Si it just goes to show how bad Afrihost really are as and ISP. No customer should be treated this way and I'm relieved to have moved to a competent SP like AXXESS. All I can say is good riddens Afrihost I am relived to not have to deal with your business ever again!!
<p>I phoned Kevin Du Plessis from Discovery insure regarding the claim on my handset which he processed within 5 minutes and had approved he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I then phoned him back regarding the replacemnt process and within 5 minutes he made sure a supplier had the phone I needed and shortly after that arrenged the supplier to phone which they did and Im collecting my new replacement phone on Monday. Thank you Kevin for your amazing service its really so nice to see that this still exists into todays times. </p>
