I bought potato spice from Makro and it didnt taste right, as I have used this product before and it was not the same. I contacted Ina Paarman only to be told they tested their batch and it is fine. I am a regular user of most of their products and was very disappointed that the product I purchased was not collected and my money reimbursed. Clearly no care and consideration is given to the consumers. Definitely lost a loyal consumer
This is a follow up from my last 2 reviews. I now received my phone but received 2 phones. I dont think samsung actually knows what they are doing. Please can someone from senior management give me a call
This is a follow up from my previous review. I was able to log the claim on Friday and now when i follow up with the whatsapp chat, it says my claim is on hold. Please can i be advised on what is the issue and when can i expect the phone. Reference number is 4500407023146CR5DP
We bought a TV on Saturday from makro where there was a special when you buy the tv you get the phone free. We tried to redeem the phone by going to the website in store and we got an error message and wouldnt go through so the samsung sales person then asked us to take screen shots and send the mail to samsung and advised that we would get a confirmation mail by Tuesday which we didnt. Yesterday my husband called samsung and spoke to an agent who asked us to send pop, id, serial number and a screen shot of the error message which we did and we still didnt get a response. He called again today and another consultant told him he has to mail a pic of the serial number from the tv which we did and he called to follow up thereafter and was told that he will get a call today to give him feedback which also didnt happen. It is not professional that you have a promo and your website is not working properly so we cannot claim the phone and then we must phone and mail numerous times with no feedback. I would appreciate an update on my phone.
I have logged an online claim on the 12 April due to the flood damage to my boundary wall which collapsed. I then called and followed up with the claim on the 14th April as i didnt hear anything from Nedbank and was told that the call had not been logged yet but Nedbank will log it by the end of the day. My husband called once again today to follow up on this claim and to add to the claim as my paving across the wall has now started lifting. He held on for over 30 minutes as Nedbank then said they could not see the the previous claim and were going to put us through to get this sorted. I have booked a holiday and was not informed that the resort booked does not have cleaning service over the weekend. What is the purpose of going on a holiday if those services are not provided. Also resorts have been removed from the list, why is that? and we need to pay cash to use certain resorts. Why must we do that when we have more than enough points and savings to book this. We pay annual fees to be in this club that should cover our holiday needs and i dont see this. if this resort does not cover weekend cleaning service i want to cancel this booking with no extra costs. Also, i had to call 8 times to get through to a consultant. Every time a consultant answers, my call gets cut. I have written a previous review last week and i still have not had someone call me. I have called Nedbank twice, been cut off once and held on for a further 13 minutes for someone to assist me and nobody comes back on the line. I cannot believe that this is the pathetic service we get. I want to speak to someone regarding reducing my capital on the extra money that I have been paying on my bond. My number is 0835108856
I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service i have been receiving from Discovery. My mum was extremely sick and was getting seizures on the 24 Dec 2020 and no hospitals in KZN had beds due to the 2nd wave of covid. The only hospital available was alliance care that took my mum in to stabilize her. Unfortunately for us, Alliance for some reason did not get authorisation when my mum was admitted. However since then they have submitted all docs requested by discovery. My mum has been extremely sick since then and was in and out of hospital from Jan and passed away in Feb. I have been following up on this claim of R6 974.60 since then with various consultants/ mails. I call and have been kept holing for over 30 to 45 minutes at a time and eventually get cut off. I need resolution on this claim ASAP as i dont think it takes 5 months for it to be resolved.
I have reported a fraud case over 3 weeks ago and was told that i would get a response in 6 working days. A week later i received a call from standard bank stating that i need to fill in a form and mail back which i have done. For 2 weeks i have been trying to get a response to no avail. I even sent 3 escalation mails to ********** and nothing. I called ********** 058 and hung on for about 15 and 23 minutes on 2 separate calls and no one answered. Please can i have feedback.
