I ordered items over the weekend, it took them 4 days before cancelling my order due to no stock! 4 days! And then you’re told it will take 2 to 10 days for your refund? What absolutely horrific service. These South African companies complain that we are using Shein and Temu now? In the same 4 days Shein has already shipped my order, I’ve paid tax and my items are already in the country, and I ordered on the same day as my Makro order. I’m so disgusted, why should it even take 7 days delivery within SA anyway?
This morning one of their employees who comes around sticking your pamphlets on everyone’s gates trespassed onto our property! Our gate was slightly open as we have people working in our yard, and their guy walked into our yard and stuck it on the inside of our gate! This is completely unacceptable! I have tried to notify this company of this on Facebook and Instagram, and they just delete your comments. Totally Disgusted!
I'm on a contract where I get 10000 free MTN to MTN minutes and 100 anytime minutes. For the last month MTN has used up all my anytime minutes when I call an MTN number and not the MTN to MTN minutes. We've reported this to the call centre and have had no assistance. I've now been purchasing airtime almost daily, and MTN has used up my airtime instead of the MTN to MTN minutes. Today I have 200 mb of data left on my phone, and when going on the internet it has taken R60 of the airtime I've purchased and not used the data. I've tried to get assistance from the call centre but every single time I get through they answer and cut the call. I eventually got through and spoke to Thembisile who firstly was so rude when answering the call and refused to help me saying the contract isn't on my name, even though my husband has on numerous occasions made me a beneficiary on the account. Not even the supervisors or managers wanted to assist. I am so sick of MTN and now you are stealing my money and no one wants to help. This has been going on for weeks now. STOP STEALING MY MONEY! This is completely unacceptable! I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE NEVER TO USE MTN AS THEIR SERVICE PROVIDER!

When the anytime minutes are finished it won't allow me to call an MTN number, it says insufficient airtime. We have reported this to the call centre and were given reference number 1- ********** 1873. That same day I received an sms saying the query has been resolved. But nothing has been resolved. I have now had to buy airtime make calls and the call centre cannot advise when this will be resolved. I want my anytime minutes refunded and the airtime I've had to purchase refunded as well! This is totally unacceptable and a breach of contract!
<p>I made an order on the app on 13/01 for 3 items, order was confirmed. Received an email from Michellene on Sunday 15/01 to advised my order ( ********** 16831) was cancelled and the reason being all 3 items were out of stock. I checked the app and all items were still showing available, when I queried this Michellene advised that the system hasn't updated, that they are out of stock. I decided to just try and re-order 2 of the items on the same day that my other order was cancelled, and my new order was confirmed and by the next day it was shipped. So I want to know why Michellene cancelled my order in the first place when the items were clearly still in stock and caused me this inconvenience, because I've had to reorder and still do not have a refund for my cancelled order? I've emailed MrP Customer Care and had no response, I tweeted them and the response I received was pathetic. They just apologised for the inconvenience but did not advise why my order was cancelled and why Michellene lied. When I queried this, they responded with 'the agent did advise that the order was cancelled because items were out of stock'. This shows that even your customer service agents don't do their jobs properly and don't read our complaints! Because I clearly explained that the items were still in stock. How am I supposed to be reassured that this will not happen again, how can I trust purchasing online if this is what happens, and I purchase my stuff mostly online. I'm really disappointed by the service received all round. And I would like my refund urgently for the above order.</p>
