I made an order, paid andbthe store is now ignoring my calls since the 11th December. I am waiting for my delivery since then
I was due to receive my parcel yesterday but the driver decided otherwise. He scolded me for not being at home. He then left with my parcel. I’m not sure if they’re trying to ***** or what. I called the company to no help
Liberty is moving me from Pillar to post. I sent them documents last week Monday with the intent to cancel. I have been told to send documents daily since then to which I obliged. I don’t know what to do now
have a contract with Vodacom and our agreement last year November was that I will pay R349 for 24 month. And without my permission it was increased. I sent an email the 27 May asking why has it been increased. I hot no answer, the lady i called said an email was sent to me, but there’s no email. On top of this nonsense my data is not available half the time. Why is is your company so abusive? Kindly re forward the email to me!!

And without my permission they have been debating R378 monthly, now i yo know if that is permissible? I want to pay off this contract before it gets to 400. But i want to do it at the agreed price
Telkom deactivated my number while its on my cellphone, called them and they claim that i have not used it for a while meanwhile its here active… what do i do because i use this number for business and i have had it since 2015??
This insurance stole money from my account. They debited me twice after i cancelled my membership. They have been promising to refund me since last year.
I have been experiencing poor to no service from Vodacom. Called the call centre a countless times, promised to get back to me but to no avail. My network that is 2month old is has not been working for a while now together with the router.
