Disappointed at Fedhealth Medical Aid Scheme, very slow and horrible service when applying for Ex-gratia. No sense of urgency, my child is sitting here and regressing from all the treatment she was getting last year. into the second month of the year and she still does not have a treatment plan.
I am on Price Lock but last month DSTV debited R1800 from my account, I have contacted the call center more six times already no-one seems to know how it happened, they tell me I have a credit of R500 and it does not make sense, because my credit should be R1050 as am on price lock, I can not after wasting my airtime go look for a Walk-in Centre and waste petrol when it their fault
My contract ended in April, I called in to make a notice of ending the contract but I my account is still being debited, I have called in a few times they promise to end the debit order... I have to reverse the debit order twice a month. This is really p*ssing me off now. Kak service I must say.

<p>I cancelled my contract in July after realising I was taken for a ride... they offered me 5000MB contract only to find out it was 500MB... now telkom keeps on trying to debit my bank account every month for services not rendered since I don't have a contract with them... I have tried everything call centre even went to the branch (case number ********** 2)... they have now handed the account to NuDebt Which I don't understand cause I don't have anything that belongs to them... </p>
