It's really unfortunate that it has come to this, that I have to share my bad experience. 1) On the 04/05/2023 I paid R1300 for a Spa Package thereafter I realized I didn't do an immediate payment, I was told by Deidre Manuel to make an instant eft for me to qualify for the Mother's Day special and the 'Association"' will refunded for my previous eft. In good faith I did an instant payment. Payment as NOT received to date. . . 2) I booked a 2 hour spar package for 4 people with refreshments (which there was none on the day)and to my dismay my appointment was double booked, myself and sister was not seen too. Deidre Manuel apologized on behalf of the 'Association'. 3) I was told by her, that she only does bookings and lets the place out to the 'Association'. She was willing to add another hour to my package to accommodate the inconvenience cause by the 'Association'. 4) I sat for 2 hours, waited for my mum and other sister to be done with their treatments, during that time I noticed how unkept, unorganized, cob webs and spiders on the floor and window panes... it was not a serene, calm, peaceful, placid, and tranquil environment like how a Spa should be. Doors were banging, the staff were laughing and talking loudly. In 2019 I went twice and it was serene, calm, peaceful, placid, and tranquil and I have recommend De La Rosa Spa to many of my friends and family. Now that the 'Association' has taken over I will not be recommending nor rating this Spa. 5) 16/05/2023 I phoned Deidre Manuel to asked why she's not replying to my messages and that I haven't received my refund of R1300 and I asked if I could also get a refund from the Mother's Day Special. She was very unprofessional, rude and didn't like what I had to say about the Spa. Her reply to my refund was : I can complain to whoever I want too, I will not get my refund back R1300.... she said our telephonic conversation was being recorded. I requested a copy but she doesn't want give to me. I thought the 'Association" was responsible for the Spar, including refunding me...... If there's any other person that has experience anything similar, please share and advise. Pamela Pillay
My Order placed on: 18 Oct 2022 9:20:44 AM and my delivery expected on 24 Oct 2022. I haven't received my order as yet. I contacted Loot.co.za telephonically and I was told they moved warehouses from CPT to JHB. They failed to contact me with an update as to when I will receive my delivery. Bare in mind I have paid for my order and I haven't received my order. I wont to recommending Loot.co.za to anyone and I wont be using them in the future. Today is the 28 Oct 2022 and still no delivery and NO communication
Claim Number 22/139625 I'm waiting to get paid from the last flooding we had in April 2022. I received payout agreement and I signed acceptance and still waiting to get paid out. Nobody at the claims Department know what they are doing. Every time I enquire about payment, they seem confused or clueless. Can anyone help me, please.
This is my first time using Amarelle Logistics and its a very bad experience. I took a chance to get them to pick my furniture from Capetown on the 28-05-2022 and transport to Durban. I still haven't received my delivery and its the 04-06-2022. I have paid for the delivery in full. My calls and messages are being ignore. I'm thinking of reporting them and opening a case against them for theft.
I would like to bring to your attention that one person cannot have 2 medical aids, this is illegal according to the law of South Africa "Section 28 of the Medical Schemes Act 131 of 1998 prohibits a person from being a member of more than one medical scheme at the same time, even though there may be good reasons for this, which may range from necessity to convenience." IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED ASAP, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN FOR ASSISSTANCE
I wish I could rate ZERO for Iwyze. So far I'm very unhappy with the service I'm getting, after been a client of Iwyze for many many years. COVID-19 seems to be the top excuse for many these days. Enough is enough. I've been really patient & understanding, until now. I've logged my claim on the 19/10/2020 & after many calls, finally my claim was processed & finally my car was picked up & taken to the panel shop on the 04/11/2020. It was now brought to my attention, that the delay is because Iwyze ordered the parts from JHB & not yet delivered. Does this mean that Iwyze / or its consultant/s have contacts in JHB & can get a "cut"/ "kick back" out of purchasing my parts????? I'm without a car from the 04/11/2020 & counting the days & now weeks. I will not be recommending IWYZE to anyone in the future.
I have been with standard bank for than 20 years and I recently took out a home loan and home insurance. For a first time home buyer I have had the worse experience of dealing with the claims department. I lodged a claim the next day a builder and plumber came out to view damages thereafter I was forgotten for 2 weeks until my broker said I should contact standard bank to check on progress of my claim, after complaining an assessor contacted me, we meet and thereafter forgotten AGAIN. My broker advised me again to phone standard bank. I called and I was told they apologize for not getting back to me and the lady said she doesn't have feed back as yet and she will get back to me. I still not heard from standard bank. PATHETIC SERVICE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND STANDARD BANK TO ANYONE
<p>I've being with Altech Netstar for the past 7 years. May 2016, I editored my contract & removed my old vehicle & replaced with new vehicle (BIG MISTAKE) this is when my nightmare began. I tested the unit, it worked for a couple of weeks & then nothing (NO COMMUNICATION). I called customer care numerous times, got transferred back & forth .... then found out Netstar tracking the my old vehicle & not the new. Details were then rectified..... still no service. Called to complain AGAIN.... they told me payment was not being made, REASON, they cancelled DEBIT ORDER without informing ME. Debit details were added on & my account was debited thereafter. Received service for another couple of weeks, thereafter NO SERVICE. I enquired again, Then I was told that the device could be faulty.....I was told a technian will contact me to make arrangement to come out & test the 'unit' .... NOTHING HAPPENED..... I receive random calls from Altech checking to see if I'm safe..... they say they received a panic alarm.... not sure what they are talking about because the device is not frequently used. When I receive the call, I explain my dissappointment with Altech Netstar & the BAD SERVICE or should I say NO SERVICE I receive. I get transferred to an agent to log a service on my 'unit' / 'device' that needs to be looked at, but NOTHING happens after that call. It will be a year in May 2017 that I pay for a SERVICE that Doesnot assist my needs. I have 2 more years left of my 3 year contract with Altech Netstar. I can't wait for it to be over & I DONT INTEND ON RENEWING MY CONTRACT. </p> <p> </p> <p>MY ADVICE TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A TRACKING SERVICE PROVIDER ARE TO LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR BETTER SERVICE & VALUE FOR MONEY.</p> <p> </p> <p>ALTECH NETSTAR ARE NEVER TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR VEHICLE. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CLIENTS.</p>
