I have been to Suzuki Menlyn four times asking them to inspect my brakes because of a strange clunking sound. I bought my car in September 2024, and ever since then it has been nothing but trouble. Despite raising the issue repeatedly, no one is willing to help. Instead, they keep making me jump through hoops for what seems to be an obviously defective-and very important-part. I'm clearly not the only one experiencing this issue; I've seen other customers mentioning the same brake noise in their online review. Yet the dealership continues to act as though the problem doesn't exist. Just because Suzuki is selling many cars doesn't give them the right to treat customers poorly. The after sales service is practically nonexistent, and that's unacceptable for a new vehicle under warranty. I have now taken to social media for help putting reviews on Google on all the Suzuki sights I can find hoping someone will just help me. I've contacted Suzuki Menlyn, the ceo of Suzuki, any and every email I can find for Suzuki and Suzuki customer service but NO ONE will help me My advice DO NOT purchase a Suzuki. I would not anyone else to go through the same frustration. Suzuki does not deserve 1 star

I would like to complain about MTN and RewardsCo. MTN handed out my information to RewardsCo who then contacted me claiming to be MTN with a wonderful upgrade for my sim. I asked the guy to send through the contract so I can see the fine print and he assured me that I have 14 days to cancel the upgrade if I am not happy. I was sent through a document which looks nothing like an upgrade so I contacted MTN customer service who then put me through to 3 different departments and then informed me that my contract was done through RewardsCo. No one picks up a phone at RewardsCo but they claim to be very busy. I finally got the receptionist to take a message to get someone to call me back. The lady was so kind and friendly assured me I can cancel and she will send all my information through. Monday I received an email saying my contract was cancelled and then 2 minutes later i received an email saying sorry its not. Again I couldn't get through on their phone lines got the receptionist to ask someone to call me back. The same lady called me and assured me that she has sent the cancellation email and I heard nothing the rest of the day and no reply on my email. I called first thing this morning no one answers eventually I get through to the receptionist at 11 and I asked if she can get someone to call me back. This time the same lady from customer service is not so nice and sounds irritated with me. She now has a different story claiming that only MTN head office can cancel my upgrade and that I cant call the head office I can only email them. She then says she will put me through to a manager but guess what the manager never picks up. I Google MTN head office get the number and call. I get put through to contracts/billing and the lady claims that only RewardsCo can cancel my upgrade and they have not received an email from RewardsCo for my cancellation. I am the contract holder but both of these companies refuse to let me cancel my own upgrade. I send an email to RewardsCo asking them to call me as they have not done anything regarding my cancellation. A manager calls me saying she is from RewardsCo/Mondo (who is Mondo) The manager now claims that they cannot cancel my upgrade and that they can only cancel my whole contract or I can go into MTN store and pay a fee to upgrade again. The whole reason I have not upgraded is because I have had a salary cut and now I have to pay to get out of a contract I have not signed or even seen with a company that is not even my cellphone provider
