I had an online order collected by a driver, and when I received it, it was missing more than 8 products. I contacted Continental 12 times over one month after my order and was eventually told they had checked their records and my order was in fact received in full, which is incorrect. Shocking service and even worse customer relations.
I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom in Betty's Bay recently. I ordered a yellow tulip plant in yellow wrapping and instead a "random" flowery plant was delivered. I specifically ordered tulips as these are my moms favourite. I have since logged two requests with Netflorist with no reply. Very disappointing.

After months of frustration, I was finally able to find a store that would actually take my Gear Fit 2 Watch in for repairs. Earlier this month, I was advised that my watch could not be located, and have since been unable to get hold of anyone. My faulty strap, which broke, which in turn led to a broken screen, is now lost. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Serial no: R5AH704JQWD
