When I bought my first deal, they delivered within the tine frame, theb I bought a package on the 13th of September and still have not received it. It was mistaken with another deal and eventually I was asked if they can replace the deal with something similar. I follow up every every day however no response, only when you go to their website to purchase something else, then only do they respond because they want your next purchase. Everytime they come back, they keep on saying they will follow up and get back to you. I, very very bad experience.

I made a purchase for a fridge/Snow master for the amount of R3999.00 on the 24th of January 2022. I received an e-mail from Andrea Samuels on the 24th as well to confirm the payment is received, and that the order is processed and I will receive the fridge within the next week. Today is the 8th of March 2022 and I still have not received anything. The dates keep on moving up with a date on the website when you track your order and the whatsapp number does not work, the call center number does not work not even the e-mail address works. I would like to have my money back.
I placed an order online and paid for it on the 25th of April 2021. I have not received any feedback. The order said 7 to 15 days and from day 8 you will start receiving feedback on your product. I have tried to send an email however it does not go through. I tried calling numerous times on the number provided tried all 3 options but does not go though it just said the person at ext. Is not available. Can someone call me urgently or respond to my email.
