Cell C made a complaint a happy ending!
14 July 2020 I wrote a reveiw on Cell C, about their terrible Service, and how they did not want to repair a phone that was faulty (factory fault). Within a few hours we had a call from Joe, who was absolutely a super star. Such a pleasure to deal with!! I hope Cell C knows that Joe is worth his weight in gold!! Thank you to Oakfields Cell C for assisting. And once again, Joe, you were a pleasure!

Cell C Repairs should repair under warrantee
Cell C, firstly your call center is absolutely atrocious, and even worse... your repairs division is disgraceful! We booked in a Samsung A70 to be repaired under warranty. The screen just went off. Received an sms from Cell C to phone them to get the quote. After holding for 9minutes, the call agent just told me that we have to pay over R2000 to have a phone repaired that was damaged???? WE DID NOT DAMAGE THE PHONE, in fact, it's still in immaculate condition, it's not even a year old. After telling the agent that I refuse (and he agreed by the way that the phone is still under warrantee). I gave my details for a manager to call me as the call agent needed to escalate the matter. It has been almost two weeks with no response. Not impressed!!

No feedback!!
Horrible Service! Quick to phone for money, but when they need to repay you because they did not do their job, no one replies. Nothing happens! I have been trying to sort this out for 3 weeks. With read receipts but no feedback. Bhavna Perumal does not reply to my mails.

Corporate Credit False Listing
Corporate Credit listed me on ITC for an account which I do not agree with, after numerous emails, they still just went ahead and did it! Now they are refusing to remove my name. PATHETIC service!

Disappointed in FNB
Disappointed in FNB! Debit order system is NOT running, and it has been off since last week Wednesday? I have been trying to reverse an debit order from last week Wednesday - I have no idea where the debit order is from... And the customer service is horrendous, had to hold 20min+ each time (4 days in a row) without any luck, each time I have a rude consultant who has no idea what they are doing

<p>I have to give an awesome recommendation to the awesome team @ Spur Elridge corner! Especially Annah Isaacs and the wonderfully pleasant store manager. Will definitely be coming back. Awesome Awesome Awesome team!
