Double debit
Worst custom service . Got debited for a premium on a property that hasn’t even been built yet. Called for a refund and then got debited again with a different amount.Please don’t give your banking details to these people

Rude staff at Cresta
Very bad customer service from Wilson at Vodacom Cresta. Doesn’t respond to messages .He took a call while I was in consultation with him.Will definitely cancel all my contracts with them after being a loyal customer for many years

This guy should come with a warning label. He will over promise and under deliver. Under quotes to get money out of you quickly then fails to do the work. Once he got paid he failed to show up, some days I waited for him the whole day to show but all I got were empty promises and lies. This guy has destroyed my life , please don’t trust him with your hard earned money. Still waiting for my solar panels I bought last year November

**** company I found via Facebook marketplace First they never delivered and made excuses then they said that they would refund and then made excuses that their systems were off line, never received a refund or explanation

Thought I was done with this company!
Cancelled my contract when I didn’t receive anything from them for two weeks , they still kept on debiting my account, only refunded me after weeks of phone calls and then I got a mail months later to say that they will be blacklisting me for a unpaid account.

Thieves!
These people are thieves!!! Beware!!! Do not put your banking details on their website, they will clean you out ! Got billed for a service I never received and then billed again after I cancelled with them.

Kauai not so kwaai
Got treated badly because I wasn’t a member at Virgin active at Kauai Victory Park and got shoved to the side, not even a good morning . I ordered a double espresso smoothie with my ebucks and got a cold hot chocolate with no coffee…

Scam
This company is a scam please be aware!!! After they received payment for a treadmill I ordered they broke all contact. Needles to say that I am still waiting for my treadmill. Wish there was a way to stop these scammers!!
