What a disappointment, they are very unprofessional, our signal has been down for a whole week now and have been trying to get help from them since then. I'm a very unhappy costumer, I feel like these people do not value their customers

I'm very angry with multichoice insurance agents, some time back somebody from there called me regarding selling me an insurance plan I was very clear in saying that I wasn't interested, now when I have to pay for my dstv package it's more than normal because apparently I have insurance that I never authorized and worst of all I've been calling them they are not even available 😡
Very unhelpful indeed, sales people don't do what they promise and I've been waiting for a response from the consultant, can someone please help me regarding my billing 🙄
I had a bad experience at Ok this past weekend actually yesterday as one of their consulted was very rude and disrespectful when I wanted to know more about warranty and guaranty of a KIC fridge I wanted to lay-by, He went by the name of Kitso at Ok Furniture's in Krugersdorp CBD.
Kindly consult with your debt collectors to be clear and straight forward I can't be told one thing now and a different thing the following day. If I ask how much I am owing I expect to be to be told the overall amount how they make their profit I really don't care. The only thing I am concern about is what is the total money I must pay done.
I am impressed with how Capitec is forever trying to make life simple for their clients, loving the new app and the effort of increasing their ATMs.
This is not the first time homechoice treat me like a not loyal client but it's definitely the last time their incompetence is repulsive.
<p>I complained about home choice and the respond was I should expect a call to resolve the matter. Well Home Choice I am still waiting actually I've been waiting since last year. </p>
<p>I ordered bedding called charter online with Home Choice couple of days I received an sms saying i need to send my documents for my order to be processed, I did that via whatsaap and on the 8th August 2016 I got an sms saying my parcel PFS ********** 4 was despatched and will be delived in few days. After a week or so I got my parcel signed for it only to find out that it's a wrong order instead of a charter i got a kelly, I had to call them and they told me i need to post it back to them and fax my proof of payment that i got from post office and all my expenses in doing so will be refunded, I did just that and paid R116.60 this was done on the 19th August 2016. After that i've waited for their call for almost two weeks untill I took up on myself to call them and I was told that my account will be cleared as soon as possible and that was last year, now i am getting calls about amking payment for something don't even have and money was deducted from my bank account. I am just frustrated about their poor repulsing service.</p>
