I have been escalated so many times I feel like escalotor up down up down. Now there is been absolutely no absolutely no positive response yet only esca***lation. This is not fair.
I am lodging a formal complaint regarding ongoing delays in my provident fund claim following my resignation earlier this year. I initiated the process in Feb/March 2025 and have faced repeated excuses, “system errors,” and vague responses. Sanlam claims SARS rejected my tax directive, but SARS confirmed no such directive was received or rejected. This contradiction raises serious concerns. While Masego has been helpful, she lacks authority to resolve the issue. I am now at risk of losing my housing due to false payout timelines provided to me by Sanlam. These were not assumptions—they were based on your team's communications. This situation is financially and emotionally devastating. If there is no resolution I will escalate the matter to the Pension Funds Adjudicator and consider making this matter public.
IUrgent: I’ve never had issues with the courier before, as they always called and informed me when they were outside my house for a delivery. Recently, however, Buffalo Logistics—especially their online chat support—has been unresponsive. They claim that the delivery failed, but no delivery attempt was made. They said they tried to deliver but no one was home, yet no one called me to notify me they were outside. Now, my parcel, which I’ve already paid for, has been returned, and I’m being told I need to pay taxes again to release it?! This is unacceptable. Keep the parcel and refund my money. To make matters worse, I’ve been in contact with Mmasechaba Sekgothi through online chat, but this agent has not responded at all, even though their status still shows as “online.” This is ridiculous!
My husband played on hollywood bets and we have been trying to get his past bets for the month of April 2024. This has been a terrible experience for us, as we have been chatting online with several agents, giving us the run around, with nothing else but BS. During a game the game gave an error and the money just dissapeared. They asked for reference number but we could not get it from the previous bets. Been struggling since the 02nd April 2024. Have several reference numbers for the calls we logged, but lo and behold, just BS.BS BS BS!!!!!!!!
It has been over 3 days that I have logged a dispute and request for refund. That, I did confirm with Capitec's excellent call center. However, they could not give me a number that I could get use to get in contact with the specialists that have my "case" because "they do not get calls from clients". If and whomever is going to get this complaint, should understand the urgency of my situation. I need my money back and have sent numerous emails, proving the unfair deduction. So "specialist" please hurry up, because this is not a task that should be too difficult, since I did provide all the documents as requested. Nice "tracking" on WhatsApp but there has been no movement on my request.
I have tried to cancel my debt review early in the month of October. However they deducted over 9k, sent a distribution list but never confirmed any negotiations regarding my debt. I want my 9k back but clearly they do not care about the customer. DO NOT USE DEBT HERO/DEBT RESTRUCT!!

I have experienced good and bad service but this time I would like to commend Roshni of headoffice Herotel for attending to my complaint with speed,professionalism, tact and sincerity. Sir I hope you see this because even posting a bad complaint on Herotel did not let our local branch contact me. Well done and keep up the good work.
My experience with Herotel has been on and off, regarding the service, especially their call centre, mostly good. However with fibre going live in our area, it has only been a struggle to get the technicians here. I have called and was given five (5) working days for someone to contact me and make an appointment. this is the 8th working day. Please guys I need to know when you will be coming to my establishment.
The Vodabucks rewards are a total sham! I have spent so many vodabucks for a free course in beauty! Really now? a free course for spending money on vodacom. Then where is the announcement for the big prizes winners? You could just announce that the winners has been selected so that we the unlucky winners, can stop hoping. Another pain I have is the rewards you give. 58% of your clients does not have a Nando's or crispy creme close to them. Consider your clientele dempgraphics. You do have all that data and you are not going to tell me it is random.
