I am unable to #WIN with Foschini, this business has added services that I don't even know about onto my account. When the telesales consultants phone to offer additional services I bring to their attention that I don't even want the one I'm being charged for currently - they are unable to assist. No number is able to assist.

Vodacom: Ill Maintenance of Cell Towers
My parents moved to the city I live in during the first three months of the start of the national lockdown. By month seven we had moved into a house spacious enough to keep us from killing each other after 19 years away from "under their roof"... The next problem encountered was missing the people they had left behind - lo & behold, the mobile service provider we have always used as a family has horrible signal due to ill maintenance of the cell towers! Now how are you meant to keep in touch, especially if their is at least one Red Premium package within the household?! Even when the security company calls we have to do aerobics to find a signal to let them know it's a false alarm... I shudder to think what will happen the day one of us needs urgent medical assistance or someone is climbing over the electric fence - we would have to wait until Ur**** is in retrograde to get a signal to dial out, I wonder if potential criminals also have the patience!

Discovery: Covid-19 Vaccine Rollout
I am not personally a member of Discovery anything, but the optimal level in which this company rolled out the Covid-19 vaccines at both the Sandton Office & Gallagher Estate must be commended. The process was quick; the volunteers or staff, from the person ushering you to a booth or seat to the administrator of the vaccine to the person who checks in on you during the 15 minute waiting period before it is recommended that you can leave, were perfectly splendid and professional in whatever capacity they contributed. The only negative remarks one can make is about the Sandton traffic... but that should just be noted as a natural calamity!
