What an amazing and professional facility. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. The doctors really cared about our girl, Dawn. She had to stay in hospital for eight nights, we never stressed or worried once. We went to see her during visitors’ hours, and could clearly see that she was well taken care of and treated with dignity and respect. Her healing journey is ongoing, and her doctor keeps us informed and continues to be supportive. To Dr. Collie and Dr. Pretorius, thank you so much for saving Dawn’s life.

I am so grateful to see I am not the only one who suffered bad service from WebAfrica and their Fibre partner Vumatel. They might be competing for worst place. I cancelled my service in October already and requested a new installation at the address. When I enquired as to what was available at the new address, I was advised that Vumatel hardware is at the address. Obviously when we moved in (at the end of November) this was not the case. At the old address we had no internet connection but we were still charged for the month. The previous owner didn’t cancel the Fibre (Vumatel) and we were without wi-fi for a month! No one lifted a finger to help us, as many people have mentioned, the WhatsApps are totally useless. We had to go to the other Fibre provider (which unfortunately is not as good as Vumatel) but Vumatel was just as unwilling to assist. Same as many people have mentioned, we were also invoiced for the router which we returned to Nology in time. It’s such a shame that there’s so many complainants but no improvement in service. It’s actually nauseating to think how much money these service providers make but does nothing to improve customer experience.
We have been with OUTSURANCE Pet Insurance since 2017. We have never had any issues with any of our claims. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always professional, prompt and sympathetic. They pay claims within a day or two. I can recommend OUTSURANCE Pet Insurance to anyone. It would be an amazing world if all service providers were like OUTSURANCE Pet Insurance! Thank you to every person at OUTSURANCE that helped us over the last 8 years. We never have to worry about our fur babies’ well-being and that alone is worth it. Thanks once again.
