Having purchased 'in shop' from Cape Watch on many occasions, I'd like to affirm that the online response is similar – cheerful, helpful, and very efficient. Please keep it up. In a world where customer satisfaction and service delivery is failing, you lot manage to constantly deliver with alacrity and charm.
Cannot load an online voucher - the website churns away. Tried phoning both local toll-free and international helpline numbers and get "Your call cannot be completed at this time". Really.
So Outsurance call centre phones and promised a reduction in your monthly insurance if you provide 5 names and telephone numbers. The operator swears blind this is gospel. You provide the numbers, but when you ask how the reduction works, you're told it only applies if all 5 referees take out insurance with Outsurance. Lying scum. Put down the phone on them and don't waste your time.
Friendly and efficient service. Dealings with Garth and Tafadzwa were great - informative, and quick respondents. Courier delivered next day so literal 24hour turnaround. Would highly recommend.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change plans for the following day at 18:45, and emailed Gill Vermaak to say I would be at home to accept delivery the following day, and provided an alternative address. Literally two minutes later the tracking advice reflected the change, my parcel was safely delivered the next day. Amazing service, thank you!
The service I received from ElectromannSA was exemplary - no fuss, and couldn't have been quicker. Product received exactly as described and portrayed on the site, payment thereof accepted, processed and confirmed in a jiffy. The courier firm CourierIt were used for delivery - on the day prior to delivery I realized that I would not be at home to accept delivery, and emailed them. Literally five minutes later received notification that the alternate address I had supplied via email had been confirmed for delivery. This is exactly how things should, but seldom do, work in today's world!
<p>This has been my worst purchase nightmare ever. One item of three received via drop shipping from another company. Zasttra do not answer the telephone, and provide totally non-sensical answers to email requests for information and follow-up on the other two items. The worst is that I have received via email a notification that a refund of R0.00 has been processed - how's that for customer service? So, out of pocket I guess - this is just another form of thievery and deception.</p>
