We’ve been trying to change the debit order date of our vehicle since we purchased it on May 12. They got the date wrong despite having pay stubs and bank statements. Several calls and emails later nothing has happened!
Cancelling your EXPIRED contract is about the worst experience ever. I have phoned MULTIPLE times to give the required notice to cancel the contract it takes more than 5 minutes just to reach someone to put you through to cancellations and then the "customer service champion" answers and either keeps quiet or hangs up! Wasted so much airtime!!!!!
I have been waiting THREE WEEKS for installation from Vuma. I work from home and at this point I can’t wait any longer. Afrihost has already sent the router over a week ago. I cannot understand what is taking so long!!!
Since ordering fibre almost two weeks ago I’ve done nothing but struggle and still don’t have access to the internet. First they can’t plot our address and this was only fixed when I complained after a week. Then the router gets delivered when I’m not home because there was no prior communication. I then get double charged for the router’s delivery. Now I’ll be spending the entire Easter weekend without internet since they still haven’t come to install. Should’ve chosen Telkom!
