Spar, I'm so utterly disappointed by the level of service I get at your Stretford Spar. Cashier by the name of Palesa Mahlase, she clearly demonstrated lack of customer service skills and her attitude needs to be checked. She can't speak to customers as if she's at her own home. A bit of training is required there, she lacks professionalism and treating customers fairly. Please please arrange for her training, I've been a loyal customer of your franchise for years now but what I witnessed is totally embarassing.
You are so shaming on how you conduct your business and dealing with discretion i don't have faith in you. I'm so worried about businesses doing businesses with you. you rather remain at the bottom rather than retain top performer. you don't value your employees. shame.!!!!!!!! I notice that my billing is being mimic over the last 3 months, and there is an extra charge copied over the months. Billing department is not helping out to reverse or refund me this odd charge on my billing or invoice incurred. Huawei was delivering a class service but not anymore. Poor Service Delivery and no response or feedback.
Huawei such a giant corporation like yourself, it quite annoying for making me to wait more than 3 mere months just to fix a mobile device screen. I'm very disappointed in your service I've been brand loyal for more than a decade but now I lose it.
Hi Getsavvi, Kindly please note that I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from you guys. I have been enquiring about my refund for two months now. This is unacceptable really it's December now and I have used my kids money with the impression that my Medical insurance will reimburse me. I'm really devastated by this outcome, and don't know who to turn too now. Consultants are not of use anymore.
I'm not getting professional help out of the insurance and I will appreciate someone senior to give me a call and handle my claims as soon as possible. The set back I'm receiving from the consultants is causing me financial stress and health problems.

The service is pathetic, I have been requesting my refund and I have being sent back and forth and I have submitted all the documents. I'm so dissapointed on such a service rendered and I'm deeply worried of is this how you want to grow your business or it has more clients that you don't care about our lively hood and needs any more during this devastating times of Covid.
Hi I'm client with Telkom for many years now, when I dial them to resolve my query consultant put me on hold and the next thing the call is in the survey. I have been trying to query my billing with them on my 0813481083 number but no luck and all their consultant don't call you back after cutting your line or call gets disrupted. I don't know but the service level is bad
