On 28 July 2022 at around 11:55 I, Walter Labuschagne, was on my way home from Stellenbosch towards Cape Town. Driving my personal vehicle CAA 36*-7**, BMW as the Lewis delivery vehicle side swiped me at high speed through the red robot lights, traveling in the same southern direction towards the N2. In this process damaging most of the left side of my vehicle. Police statement was produced and claim submitted to Lewis. Lewis's then sent me a letter to sign that absolves them from guilt, I will not sign this. I will now proceed with court claims.
Scheduled a basic fibre install was not able to follow basic instructions.

Unfortunately this is yet another case where if the compony just cared a little I would have no complaints, but because @Home does not value there customers I am forced to review them negatively. When you agree on something and you receive no notice of change I feel like @Home does not care about delivering the service as promised.
I have had the worst contract experience possible. Firstly the number sold/rica/fica to me belongs to Mr. Adriaan Van Niekerk who has a lot to unpaid debt. Every time I switch on the SIM card I get flooded with his bills. I did bring this up with MTN but they decided that the only solution for me was for me to pay extra to change my number. I am not going to pay for something that is not my choice or anything to do with me. Now close to the end of my CONTRACT TERM I would like to cancel my 24 month contract at the end of 24 months. But I have been informed that I will have to pay some fees... I feel this is completely unfair. With this I will now forever badmouth MTN and will never support the company.
I acquired a new MTN contract on 26/10/2017 where I signed and accepted the terms and conditions of the contract and associated RICA/FICA conditions. Since purchasing the contract from MTN the number given to me has been useless as it is constantly bombarded with debt collectors. I contacted my legal advisor, who advised me to complain to MTN as this should not be my problem to resolve and in not providing the service I pay for MTN is in breach of contract. I have contacted MTN directly to arrange for a sim swap or something but no solution is forthcoming from MTN as I have had contact with Charelle Brockhampton and Thobekile Mkhize.
