Cash Crusaders Stellenbosch on Andringa Street in Pick n Pay Centre. Would give zero stars actually. Went in to buy 2 sets of headphones. The salesperson confirmed the price on the shelf is the price of the headphones. Got to the cashier and she says the price is R249.99, but the label is marked R129.99 (incorrectly labelled). Went to the manager, who ludicrously offers to sell me 1 headphone at R129.99 and the other at R249.99. In which alternate universe would any reasonable human be prepared to pay 2 different prices for the same product? Seriously failing standards.
I had a leaking pipe in the bathroom that caused extensive damage, I spoke to Keamogetswe Manala who patiently and reaasuringly processed the claim and explained what I could expect from the process. Then, Itumeleng (Tumi) Makinita was assigned to me and she was exceptionally kind and accommodating in every aspect. Despite having to find various contractors to deal with the damages, she did her best to ensure everything got done as quickly and as professionally as possible. Outsurance has made a difficult situation easier to handle. Very grateful to Tumi and Kea.
Very helpful in the beginning before sealing the deal, then the trouble started. Once I raised some concerns about air and water being able to come through the structure, I was told it's supposed to be like that. Then they agreed to come and fix it at an extra cost, but they were being very disrespectful over the phone and even told me 'you cry too much' when I raised my concerns. Took my money and disappeared with excuses then ignored all communication.
Had a lengthy, overall miserable experience with them. Bought a car - every problem I had they tried to pass off as 'you bought a 2nd hand car'. No accountability or responsibility. They said one thing on the phone to me, and communicate something else to the boss or HR. Eventually had to cancel the deal, and they dragged it out for as long as possible, always claiming the person who is dealing with it is not available. Staff have zero customer care skills yet they are in the customer sales industry. Rude and aggressive over the phone, bullies when they don't get their way. Tries to intimidate the client into submission and silence. No information or communication from them, getting feedback is always a drawn-out process, and then you are lied to. A trip to hell would be more pleasant. Stay away.
Excellent service from Rekha. She helped with every question and amendment and had me covered a day before delivery of the vehicle. Honestly a pleasure.
I ordered click and collect on 28 April and selected express 24 hr delivery, which after 4 days is still processing. Clicks' incompetent customer call centre had the gall to tell me it's only available in Johannesburg. What stupidity then allows a customer to select a store in Somerset West? Even with regular delivery I should have received the product by now. I want a cancellation and a refund. I'll stick to Dischem where 24 hours IS 24 hours.
Went to have my licence renewed. When I approached the female consultant she screamed at me about learner's licence before I told her what I came for. In a civilised tone quite unlike hers I told her I came for licence renewal. She looked at me distastefully and asked how old I am. I replied I 23. More rudely than before, she asked to see my documents and told me 'oh no this won't do'. When I asked her why not she told me that my last licence was done in Johannesburg and I was to 'get my things in order' while she read messages on her cellphone even though my proof of address showed that I currently reside in Somerset West. I asked her if she will be renewing my license or not and she said 'come back tomorrow and I'll help you'. The man who came in after me was in the same situation (this I know because he is my father) was helped without a qualm and had his license renewed. I queued 3 hours for this lack of service and unfair treatment. Just one more time when government displays their fabulous inadequacy through the sycophant miscreants they employ. Fire people who don't want to work and let the unemployed who genuinely seek employment take their place.
As a first-time user of Rosegal, I was delighted with the service. The website is user-friendly and the delivery and payment details are clearly stated. Placing the order on the website was easy and from selecting the product to check-out was a quick process. One of the best features is the various payment methods as well as a choice of shipping, free or express depending on my needs. I used free shipping to the United Arab Emirates and received the product in the expected time frame. It was packaged in a round scroll holder that kept the map safe and protected. The product is exactly as described and gave my family much enjoyment taking turns to scratch off the countries we've been to. I'd buy another as a gift to other friends and family. Excellent choice!
Our home loan which was originally with ABSA was taken over by Nedbank in 2007. Now that we are selling this house, we have been informed that we need documents from ABSA in order for the sale to proceed. It's been over a month that we are waiting on ABSA to find the required documents on their side while they insist that we sign a document taking responsibility for any outstanding funds! How on earth can we be expected to foot a bill that Nedbank took over from ABSA 10 years ago and that ABSA clearly has no records for. Our sale is being affected as it's going on since October 2017. No response and no accountability at all from ABSA. Do not do anything with this bank if you would like efficiency.
<p>Bought a house in their newly finished 'Village Estate' in Macassar. Even after giving the developers a snag list, 3 months later it is still leaking into the house. From a ceiling that is close to being blown away to an over-flowing geyser in a time of drought and water-restrictions, this pathetic company fails to take responsibility for the many residents who all suffer similar complaints. Does not respond to emails and calls, and when physically confronted makes false promises. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY! YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED. </p>
