Booked an apointment with them for the next day. The mechanic messaged me he is going to be late. Then never arrived. The next day the mechanic once again said he was going to be late. I even got an apparent "Live Location" of the mechanic stating he was on his way, and he will be at my house in 59min. Waited for him the whole day. He didn't even pitch, or at least be honest, an tell me that he won't make it. I told myself if they don't pitch the next day, then Iwas going to request an refund. The mechanic then phoned me at 7:30AM in the morning promising me that he will be at my house by 11:00AM. Again he said his going to be late, and then he pitched up after 14:00PM. He serviced my car, and he was very friendly, and serviced the car quick. He didn't run an diagnostic to check for any faults, and I requested to them to replace my fuel filter. "Everything was paid for up front btw." The mechanic told me that my cars fuel filter,and pump was one unit, and both needs to be replaced. So therefore I paid R250 extra for the fuel filter, which wasn't replaced. And I asked them to refund me the R250. They keep on ignoring my messgages, and phone calls. I want them to refund me the R250 they owe me. I just want to put this nightmare behind me, and go on with my life. The faults don't lie with the mechanics, but with the management, and Customer service Fixxr. I won't recommend them.
Discovery Health refuses to deduct claims of my mothers self payment gap. After sending in a claim from my mothers dentist with proof that it was payed for in cash Discovery Health refuses to deduct it from my mothers self payment gap. I Played slots on betway, and was winning, Suddenly my money dissapeared, without me playing. They told me my account was hacked, and it's my fualt. Just strange if I go into my betting history, that also dissapeared, everything except the amounts after most of my balance dissapeared. I luckily took a screenshot showing my bet history. I don't believe it was me that was hacked. Either they where hacked, or someone working there is *****ing the peoples money, then deleting there bet history. I don't believe the Owners are aware of this. I wan't them acknoledge, that they are wrong, and that the ******* have been brought to book. I am going to send this to the National gambling board as well. If this isn't resolved in by next week. I have all the screenshots as evidence.
I have been trying to get Uber to remove an outstanding balance on my account since the 22 December 2023. What happened was. I accidentally subscribed to their Uber one membership. They Deducted R500 from my bank account. I cancelled the membership like 30 min after opening it. Uber said that it was fine. Paypal reimbursed my money, but Uber has placed an outstanding amount on my account, therefore I am unable to use it. I have talked to a lot of different support staff, I have sent them numerous bank statement, and the transaction statement from Paypal. They don't have the skills to sort this out for me, or they don't care.
This is an amendment to my previous review, I found documents with that supports my case that, Discovery, and medop, Actually medop bungled up the claims. I sent all of this through to Discovery health on 2022/04/14 Time 10:32:12. This matter was supposed to be sorted out back then. I want someone in a senior position to contact us so that we can put this matter to rest once and for all.
My mom submitted a claim that she paid for. Discovery hasn't paid the R860 back into her account. So I queried them why. With shock, we found out that there is an amount outstanding on her account of, R5400. This amount was from a claim that she had with Medop an Electric wheelchair provider. We paid, R12000 extra to cover the Payment gap. Long story short, she wasn't happy with the wheelchair so medop reversed the transaction, and never paid my Moms R12000 cash back, because she got another chair from them. So Discovery paid them again. And that was that. No one from discovery has contacted my mother, to tell her that there was an amount outstanding. She is a quadriplegic, so she never goes onto their app. She can't. So, can someone please tell me, why no one from Discovery health contacted my mother regarding the outstanding amount? And can DH please explain to me. How can Discovery expect my mother to Pay the Medical Practitioner R860, and Discovery without her consent Pay R860 out of her Day to day to pay the outstanding amount. So my mother Paid Double, essentially. They need to sort this out TODAY. The outstanding amount is the result of medop not claiming the correct amount. And has nothing to do with my mother. We paid, R12000 to cover the self payment gap. That was what we needed to pay and was invoiced for. I think it's borderline ******** what DH is doing to my mother, and the fact that there is no client service delivery for a Paid service is unacceptable. This will be sorted out today. Discovery will sort this out with meddop, and pay the R860 to my moms account, No later than today

Terrible, Money not people oriantated. I am going to paste the letter I wrote to Medop regarding their falure to reimburse my mom R11000 that she paid as a Co-payment when she bought a mobilitiy S****** from Medop. She returned it to them in less than a week, because it wasn't the right medical choice for her. They are now refusing to refund my mother the R11000, but they refunded Discovery Health all the money that they paid. Here follows the letter I wrote to MEDOP. "Hi To whom it may concern, I would appreciate it if you could please pay back the outstanding amount, Aprox R11000 that was her Cash Payment on the Mobility s****** that she returned. My Mother told me that, you guys told her that she won't be able to get the outstanding amount of money back, because of services delivery, and delivery costs? Firstly there is no, mention of these costs on any invoices that we recieved. She was planning to buy a wheelchair from you guys, and she went to specialists, at a neurological rehabilitation centre to do everything in place to be able to do just that. An electronic wheelchair, and accessories are very expensive, therefore a rash, an uneducated, and a uninformed decision cannot be made. I don't have to explain the fact that you are in direct contravention of the Consumer protection act. I don't think Discovery health will take kindly to the fact that one of their preferred suppliers wants to defraud, and disabled, quadriplegic, senior citizen from R11000, that isn't in any way owed to them. Kind take note, that I will be giving MEDOP till monday to pay the money owed back to Christa de Kooker, or steps will be taken to ensure that the money is paid back in full. "
Me and my Girlfriend went to Pick 'n Pay liquor store Eastdale branch in Garsfontein Pretoria. We bought R172. 20 worth of products. We paid with Snapscan. The till displayed SURPRISE REWARD. BALANCE 0.00. The staff behind the till didn't know what that meant so they called the manager, and she confirmed that we have won a competition that they are currently running. But they refused to give us because they didn't know how to finalize the Transaction process. The amount was R171. 20. The staff is poorly trained. I had to leave because I needed to take my car to a workshop. I stood there with them for more than an hour and a half. They promised me that they would get this issue resolved and phone me back. I haven't heard anything from them since. I want my things that I won and Pick and pay and has to give me an apology and compensate me for the time I lost waiting for them to sort out their problems. It was 36 degrees that day, and I was late for my appointment for my car, and a client as a result of their incompetence.
